Rule Out Physical Causes

·  see your family doctor

·  High blood pressure

·  Stomach problems - hunger

 Anxiety Produced Insomnia

·  very common

·  Anxiety is an energy that is another name for feelings

 Depression Produced Insomnia

·  Early morning awakening

·  Like anxiety depression is an energy that we refer to as feelings

·  Determine if you are either anxious, depressed or experiencing a physical cause like hunger or too hot or cold

·  Muscle Flexing Strategy

start with your calves and flex them

work your wasp until you are flexing

your abs and arms.

Hold for a 3 count and slowly release

the muscle groups one at a time

·  If you are worried it is important to change your thoughts.
