We first had Melbourne based Mum, Blogger and TV Producer Elizabeth Anile on The Self-Love Club a year ago and her story resonated with many.
What many would consider a dream life was turned upside down and she became a single Mum.
Thinking she’d dealt with the worst of it and that 2019 was going to be her year Elizabeth realised she had more healing to do.
Learning to be on her own, developing severe anxiety and living in a state of fight or flight.
Elizabeth has spent the last year prioritizing her self-care and well-being.
