Wanting vs. Needing

Morning friends! Today is inspired by a clip from the Olympics. The idea behind the difference in life between wanting and needing and how we should use it effectively. There will be times in your life you'll have felt both but was it right? I also discuss a cycle that exists that I hope you can reflect upon :)
