Pursue Struggle, Forever!

Hey everyone, thanks for writing to me :) Today is all about the importance of struggle. Just some surface thoughts around how we can use it straight away to benefit our lives but perhaps some deeper thoughts on it coming another time. 

Essentially, we need it. But we have to own it. Only we can choose, nobody else. And it's important to appreciate in the midst of struggle, you need to give yourself more credit.
