Progress in the last year? I've made none

I'm on the side of the small achievements today. We underestimate how much we achieve in a year and don't give ourselves enough credit for it unless it is recognised publicly or through certification. But your lifestyle, happiness and peace are way more important than that. And a much bigger achievement in fact. So today I talk about this in more detail for everyone who needs to recognise how great a year they've had :) Let me know what you think.
