Balancing Your Bases

Morning folks, I'm firing out the episodes at the moment due to a love for the craft so I hope you don't mind. Today I'm looking at balancing our bases in life. I believe that it is more common for people to narrow down than be more balanced and the world needs more balanced lives. There is so much joy in the ordinary day to day than we realise and I want you to see it too for yourself. How can you implement the simple things in life from today?
