With a time of 2 hours, 10 minutes, and 37 seconds in his marathon debut, Jerrell Mock crossed the line as the 2nd American last week at Chicago. His finish made him an instant contender for the US Olympic Team and capped his rise from relative unknown, to blue-collar standout at Colorado State University, and now Olympic hopeful.
