You got them all, and they are the voice of the modern Democratic Party. Now, the leadership, or so called leadership, or leadership in name only is pretty pretty silent when it comes to these people. But now during election cycles, I'll often say that this is a tipping point election,

that this is the biggest choice election in history. We're not even really in an election cycle, inasmuch as you know, I think what Donald Trump is doing is he's trying to set things up so that the economy is going to turn around in a massive way. He's trying to bring peace around the world. He's taking on transformational big things. But by this I mean, and I'll get into the specifics of this, the President signing an executive order ending

cash list Bell and on every major issue. We're now at a tipping point and the biggest choice moment for the country, even though it's not an election cycle, and all of these issues I would imagine are going to emerge and become what is the arguments in the twenty twenty six midterms. And I think I'm pretty confident in saying that, barring any unforeseen issue that would you take the nation's attention away from pretty much all of this. And Democrats are pretty much on the wrong side of

all of it. I mean, if you look at the president, why wire Democrats still clinging to championing the rights of men to play women's sports, Wire Democrats clinging to this

idiocy of no bail laws. Wire Democrats clinging to the idiocy of defund dismantle, no bail laws wire Democrats, you know, screaming bloody murder when Donald Trump goes into our nation's capital and we have a murder free week, when on average you have nearly four homicides per week in Washington, d c. And by far the largest homicide rate of any capital city in the world. And you would think that Democrats, you know, want law and order in safety

and security. It's fundamental. On the economy, Democrats voted against the biggest tax are cut in American history. They've voted against hard working men and women by voting against a reduction in taxes on tips. In overtime, they're voting against

seniors and a reduction of taxes on social security. This is the party now that on foreign policy, there's nothing that Donald Trump can do right, even though you know seven specific countries that he has brought have played a role in bringing peace to by using the leverage of America's economy and trade deals to bring peace even to India and Pakistan, Iran and Israel that ended in twelve days,

taking out Iran's nuclear sites even in the process. So we're watching, you know, the biggest tipping point moment in the country, and really more than anything else. Is a reaction, the Democrats reaction. They bubble in fizz like alca cult and water when it comes to all things Donald Trump and everything that he's trying to do and in the process, you know, look at where they stand on the issues now. Now they're fighting President Trump on the issue of ending

cashless ball. If you look at Zoron Mamdani, who's running for mayor of New York, Marxist Mom Donni and his comrades, the Democratic Socialists of America, they want to wipe out the enforcement of all misdemeanor offenses in New York City. New York City's quality of life issues has already deteriorated to next to nothing. Last week we were talking about how Mam Donni, you know, realizing the pro prostitution posturing won't fly with city voters. He's now trying to hide

behind build the Plasio. But he still supports decriminalizing prostitution in the City of New York. But now now he wants to wipe out you know, remember the same guy that wants to put social workers in instead of police

officers and refunding the police. And his most recent platform, the group is blasting policing and detention as instruments of class war designed to guarantee the domination of the working class, and demands an end to what it calls the criminalization of working class survival and for all working class to achieve collective liberation, we must constrain, diminish, and abolish these forces of the state, from prisons and police themselves, to

their manifestations and all forms throughout society. This is nuts, This is insane. He's repeatedly called for police to stop focusing on what he refers to as non serious crimes. And what does he consider non serious crimes? Third degree assault? I mean assault is assault means an innocent person is being attacked by somebody. And they want to end all

misdemeanor charges. Now he wants it that they don't even charge these people for pettious all petty larceny or menacing and threatening and third degree drug possession even d if you get a DUI a d w I Oh okay, well that's putting people at risk and people are free, and you make and all misdemeanors. You can't even charge people for that forcible touching, sexual misconduct, se second degree sexual misconducts, second degree sexual abuse, third degree identity theft.

He wants to abolish misdemeanors or simply not enforce them, and they include the you know, the following crimes, which all have a maximum penalty of a year in jail. Why would you fight for the rights of those people. He wants to end every misdemeanor charge, you know, offer an easy pass for criminals, if you will. Now in the recent poll, he is slipping in terms of the numbers. But this is this is now all part of an overall strategy of Democrats. You know, they're still all in

on windmills and solar energy. And you know the cost of democracy is Kamala Harris for energy. And now the President is taking on this insanity in a major way. I mean, we saw in a one week's time, murder goes from three point six you know, weekly homicides. And because the President shows that policing does work, not a single person lost their life in Washington, d C. Last week,

not one. And it is funny. Mike Johnson, the Speaker, said, the President deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for eliminating d C murders. So the President signs this order to eliminate no cash bill for DC suspects. He's mobilizing now up to seventeen hundred National Guard troops in nineteen states to crack down on crime and the illegal immigration, and the deployment will take place in you know, areas that most need the help. You know, Trump's week is going to

be shaped by the crime agenda. You know, if you don't have law and order, think about this, if you don't have safety and security. Both of those things are a prerequisite if you want to pursue happiness, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. You can't pursue happiness if you can't walk down the street and you're a small town or big city. Chicago's topped the nation in homicides

for thirteen straight years. You know, we chronicle during the Obama years a list of people who've been murdered or victims of violent crime. And Obama we went back and look to two, maybe three times. Max did he ever mention his hometown of Chicago. So now the next city is going to be Chicago, and stay out of our city. Chicago officials reacting to President Trump's you know, plan to bring law and order and safety in security. Epic Times reports that he's going to send troops to Baltimore. Same

problem there is they have a major crime problem. I'll give you an example in Illinois for example. You know Chicago's weekend depth told sixth shot dead, twenty seven wounded. Illinois Democrats say they have crime under control. They don't have crime under control. They haven't had crime under control for decades. You know, all these people shot in Chicago during the weekend of August sixteenth, all these people wounded, all these people murdered. I mean, it's pretty remarkable that

nobody seems to care. Democrats that they claim to care about people, but they're the same people that wouldn't stand during the Joint Session speech for the family of Lake and Riley. They wouldn't stand for you know, the family of Joscely and Nungary. They lied to the country and said the country was safe and secure. So the President now is deciding that, you know what, enough is enough, you know, bail it, and his executive order going to

now take care of it. He's going to do that which cities and states should have done a long time ago. And he's going to put in place a system where people law and order. Safety and security, a prerequisite for happiness in life, can finally take place. I'll give you an example. This was in the New York Post on Sunday yesterday and they talk about this guy, Roman Gonzalez is his name. He was arrested on April ninth, Union Square subway station, oh Is. He arrested for pleasuring himself

in front of a woman on the train platform. The sixth time now he's been nabbed for public lewdness and thirty second time he's been arrested since nineteen eighty three. He was back on the street immediately after the arrest because charges the charges aren't bail eligible. He's a recidivist pervert and people like him of the driving force behind

set behind sex crimes on cities, subways and buses. You know, how can you be doing this since nineteen eighty three and still be out on the street, raged one New York Police Department detective, because that is the madness of these small towns in big cities. I mean, no jail time. You know, recidivus criminal looks and acts like they call him the caveman in the New York Post, terrorizing women and girls in Queens and in New York for multiple years,

multiple victims. The apparent deviant who's been identified arrested twice for recent incidents, released both times because the crimes are not bail eligible. This is insane, This is madness. You know, DC dismantled in a week, every single homeless encampment in DC.

By the way, I wonder if Nutty Newsom, instead of you know, trying to be Trump's alter ego on X, maybe you can learn a lesson or two on how to keep the people in California, where they have the highest state income tax, highest sales taxes, they have the six highest corporate taxes, highest gas taxes in the country. They you know, thirteen thousand people lose their homes in the Pacific Palisades. They don't have enough water to put the fires out. They don't have a reservoir that has

any water in them. And my point in making in all of this is that this is the Democratic Party. You picked the issue, and they're on the wrong side of all of them, every single one of them. Give you another example with the Brego Garcia in just a second ice was able to nab a Biden illegal whose rap sheet included thirty eight prior arrests. You would think Democrats would be happy, You think their constituents would be happy.

But they're wrong. They're wrong on the economy, they're wrong on law and order, they're wrong on illegal immigration, they're wrong on foreign policy, they're wrong on energy. And it's like we're at a tipping point. And the lunatics now speak for their party. Nuddy Newsome and you know Marxist Mundami and AOC and Jasmine Crockett and Pocahontas and the Squad and Grandpa Bernie and I've never seen a party

this far adrift in my life. And if they think that this is going to resonate with the American people, I've did not paying attention to the numbers. As we've pointed out last week, nearly a net five million gain for Republicans and registration, and that's just from twenty to twenty four. I would imagine that that trend is going

to continue. And I think the odds even though mathematically or historically it's very hard for the party in power to win a midterm if the president's economic policies kick in and the President continues to make cities safe for a more secure, and the president continues to bring peace around the world. How do you defeat them? If peace and prosperity drive elections, Good luck to them being stupid. I like that they're being stupid. I have no problem

with stupid. I like Nuddy Newsom, I like Jasmine Crockett. Keep going. Let me just reiterate what I'm saying here, because I think it's it's simple, but it's profound. The country is at a tipping point. The country now is facing fundamental choices on the most basic of issues, law and order, safety, security, as I say, a prerequisite for the pursuit of happiness. You know, the country is now

facing a choice when it comes to education. You know, we spend more per capita per student than any industrialized country with the worst results. And now Donald Trump is going to put the money in the hands of local authorities that better know how to educate your kids. That

is transformational. The President understands that, you know, twelve to twenty million, whatever the number is of unvetted illegal Limmers in our country do not deserve free healthcare, and they're spending tens of billions of dollars out in the United

Socialists utopia of California and sanctuary cities and states. You know, it's California that welcomed this guy, this truck driver that killed three people in Florida and gave him a commercial's driver's license, and people two point five million signing a petition to let this guy go. This is nuts. Fundamental issues, law and order, safety, security, secure borders, legal immigration, not

illegal immigration, respect our laws of border, our sovereignty. Donald Trump gave us the biggest tax cut in the history of our country. He gave working men and women the biggest tax cut they've ever seen in the history of the country. No tax on tips, overtime, he's helped out the elderly, no tax on social Security. Now the CBO projecting four trillion dollars that Donald Trump will get in tariffs that everybody predicted would kill the economy. Even Jerome

Powell now talking about lowering interest rates. Finally, he's a day late and a dollar short, but finally in September that would be major. Donald Trump understands the lifeblood of our economy is energy, and this move towards green energy and wind and solar has been a colossal failure, and we have wasted tens and hundreds of trillions dollars taxpayer dollars.

It's insane and farm policy. You know. The president, you know, is willing to take on the likes of Vladimir Putin and China and Iran and North Korea and do it with grace and ease, and he's made a lot of

progress so far. House Republicans now have to investigate, you know who, who would have ever thought that the number one capital city in the world would be our capital, Washington, d C. And on top of having by far the highest homicide rate forty one per one hundred thousand hour discovering, and now House Republicans are investigating disturbing allegations that DC officials have purposely been tampering with DC's crime data to make the nation's capital appear safer than it truly is.

At forty one four hundred thousand that we know of homicides, the next closest is sixteen. Now the President is saying, you know what, it's been so successful, going from three point six homicides a week to zero last week. His basically just restoring law and order policies. That's all it is. It's not a police state. It's keeping people safe and secure. We played a montage last week. Residents love it. They want to be safe and secure. Now the President is

going to move to Chicago. What's the response Chicago Mayor Brendan Johnson. Last time I checked, I think he had a six percent approval rating. He's now resisting any effort by President Trump to deploy the National Guard to his crime ridden ridden city and encouraging citizens now to stage uprisings. Quote, We're going to remain firm. We'll take legal action, but the people of this city are accustomed to rising up

against tyranny, he said. And if that's necessary, I believe the people of Chicago will stand firm alongside of me as I work every single day to protect the people of this city and opposed to ex He claimed that Trump's proposal to make Chicago safe again would be the most lagrant violation of our constitution in the twenty first century. I don't think so. You know, keeping people safe and secure is fundamental and he's failed miserably, just like every

other big blue city in state. And at the death toll this weekend, six shot dead, twenty seven shot and wounded. And they say they have crime under control. They don't have crime under control. During the weekend that ended six people shot dead, twenty seven wounded. The weekend before that was actually a little bit better. They only had three people who shot and killed twenty three wounded. You can predict with with a high degree of certainty how bad

it's going to be on any given weekend. And now the president is signing an and to a cash list bail. But this is where I get into. This is a tipping point because on every ninety ten, eighty twenty issue, every seventy five to twenty five issue, every seventy thirty issue, Democrats are on the wrong side of the issue, you know. And I'll give you an example. ICE was able to nab thirty eight Biden Harris Mayorcis illegals that were unvetted,

whose rap sheet includes thirty eight prior arrests. ICE agents arrested illegal immigrant Jonathan Monzon Alivares of Guatemala arrested thirty eight times, fifteen criminal convictions, one of the worst criminal illegal aliens arrested by ICE, and that happened yesterday. Thirty eight prior arrests, fifteen convictions, including sexual assault, aggravated assault, in burglary, why is this person still in our country? Because Democrats they they didn't care if they lied. They

just flat out lied about illegal immigration. And what do they do in California and other sanctuary states and cities. They offer they ate in a bet in the law breaking, and they offer you know, a fortune and benefits for illegals that are paid for by their taxpayers. No wonder why California has the highest income taxes, sales taxes, gas taxes, and the six highest corporate taxes, And no wonder why people are leaving that state in droves. But don't worry.

You know your your governor in California, Gaven Newsom, is very very busy right now being Trump's alter ego on X. I mean, meanwhile, you have people thirteen thousand homes in the Pacific Palisades burn of the ground. Wildfires in California are predictable, and by the way, if they practice the science of forestry, you could probably prevent a lot of the homes from burning to the ground. If they had water in their fire hydrants, you probably could have saved

a lot of these homes. If you had a reservoir that had water in it, you could probably have saved a lot of lives. They don't keep statistics out in California. By the way, as to the crimes of the illegal immigrants, you want to know why on purpose because they don't want people to know. Now, this is the strangest thing I've seen. Two point five million people of signing a petition supporting this illegal immigrant truck driver charged in the

fatal crash. Remember when he was arrested, this guy sing his three counts of vehicular homicide. Governor Ron de Santis, you know, brought him back to Florida where he's going to face charges. I would imagine he's going to be found guilty. But he entered this country through the sanctuary state of California, where they gave him a commercial driver's license, and upon his arrest, when he took an English test he missed. I think he got two out of twelve

questions right. When he was given the test on road signs, he got four out of five wrong. This guy had no business driving an eighteam wheeler, and now a petition demanding leniency for him. Explain that to me. An Obama appointed judge Friday ruled that President Trump can't cut federal funding from dozens of cities and counties and officials that

are deemed sanctuaries for illegals. By definition, you are aiding in a betting in law breaking, which brings us now to a Brego Garcia, the Maryland man, a Brego Garcia. He's only he's a man from Maryland. Man from Maryland, man from Maryland. Anyway, the man from Maryland was released

by this judge. Christy Noman went apoplectic. Thankfully Ice was able to rearrest, you know, the Democrat's favorite wife beating according to her gang banging Biden, the illegal kill or Brego Garcia, and he had to report to Baltimore Ice and they arrested him. a tipping point. The Democrats have doubled down on insanity, absolute insanity, and now it's a matter of and now Ron Desandas and my state will clean up Gavin Newsom's mess. And you know, put this guy on trial, the truck driver, and we're going to get to the bottom of it. But you know, you do usually don't talk about tipping points unless it's an election. You don't talk about the

biggest choice moment. This is a big choice moment. We're learning that on top of all the law fair we've discovered. And we'll talk more about it with Devin Newness. And it was more right than anybody knew at the time in terms of weaponization and politicizing justice in this country. Now, bank executives are confirming, in the wake of President Trump's

executive order that outlaws d banking. Major bank executives. They're saying that they were under pressure by the Obama and Biden administrations to deny services to individuals and businesses because they're conservative for political purposes. One bit of good news on the economies, your own power, the signaling the job market inflation outlook could allow for an interest rate cut in September. A day late, a dollar short, and it'll be too small. That's my guess. We need to get

a new FED share sooner than later. The CBO predicting Trump's tariffs could reduce the national debt and deficit by four trillion dollars. Wow, I thought this was going to be a disaster. That's a lot of money to be saved. Home sales rose in July, defying expectations sales of existing homes, which is shocking to me, considering interest rates are so high.

Nobody's going to want to give up a thirty year, you know, three percent four percent fixed rate mortgage for a seven percent, seven and a half percent thirty year fixed rate mortgage. Anyway, Sales of existing homes rose quote unexpectedly, raising hopes that the long stalled housing market that won't be fixed until we get interest rates in line with where the market is right now, US manufacturing surge to a three year high American manufacturing sector that is going

to go through the roof Mark my words. You have fifteen trillion and committed monies from countries and companies to build things like automobiles back in America, and pharmaceuticals and rare earth minerals. We're gonna have mining again, and semiconductor chips. You know that's all coming home. And you know, once interest rates go down, you're going to see a massive increase in sale of pre existing homes. Linda, I do have a question for you because I saw Cracker Barrel

got involved in this rebrand. People don't like rebrands. It's like when Coca Cola tried new coke. It didn't work out well, and there was nothing. There was no DEI associated with it. I don't see there's a lot of fallout from Cracker Barrel changing their logo logo. I don't see that they did it for any politically correct reason or DEI reason. I don't think this is a kin in any way to what happened with bud Light, but people are furious over it.
