Episode description

HOWDY! This episode criticizes leftist figures and actions, starting with praise for Harmeet Dhillon and condemnation of Don Lemon for disrupting a church service over a pastor's ICE affiliation, calling it a civil rights violation not protected by the First Amendment. We explain and defend ICE against false claims, like Rep. Mikie Sherrill's lie about arresting a 5-year-old (actually, the criminal father's child was cared for). Sanctuary policies, and voter fraud in states like New Jersey and Georgia, Somali money laundering in Minnesota, and Gov. Tim Walz's inaction on crime despite admitting fraud are all a part of a larger epidemic of deception by the left. The hypocrisy and distraction tactics, are never ending. Make sure to listen to the end - we show you a woman tearfully offended by the word "hysterics" due to its Greek root in "womb." Not kidding.

What's up and welcome. This is the Rogue Recap, and you are here with your host, Linda McLaughlin. She is pissed, off, outraged, and has zero patience with what seems to be an epidemic of entitlement and stupidity. Here we talk about all the things the other shows just don't or won't touch. Make sure to like and subscribe to her podcast so you never miss an episode.

Speaker 2

Well, Hi, Happy Friday. It's January thirtieth. This is the Roague Recap. I am your host, Linda McLaughlin. And Wow, a lot going on. I feel like I say that every day, and every day it gets a little bit more insane than the day before, which each day I think that's not possible. I said to my husband last night, I was like, man, everything just feels weird, right, It

just feels weird because it does. And I personally, as a mom and a wife, as a worker, I just I feel like I am the minority, right, And I'm sure a lot of you feel this way too. Like you're driving around, you're going from point to point and there is literally no common sense in your everyday experiences. Whether it's people that can't count change when you're checking out of a store because you use cash instead of a card, right, because it's a little bit harder and

they can't track you with that. That's why they're trying to get rid of change. But we'll leave that alone for a minute. Or if it's because you're at the gas station, this is actually really funny. It's one of my husband's biggest pet peeves when people park their car

at the gas pump when there's places to park. So, for example, you go to the gas station they have a little deli or mart or if you're out, a wah wah, whatever it is, and instead of parking to go into the store, you put your gas pump into the side of your car and then run into the store.

Except that you don't really run, right, You take like a leisurely walk over to the store, and then you look around get what you want, and you don't think about the fact like, huh as I'm in here trying to decide if I want this discussing processed muffin or this, you know, four day old hot dog. I mean, big decisions.

I get it. My car is taking up a spot at the pump when it would be great if I just parked in a spot so that the person who's just here to get gas and fill up and doesn't want to come in the store has to wait in line because I'm taking up a pump to figure out which horrible thing I'm going to eat tonight. I mean,

it's a real thing. And it's so funny because I get less annoyed, I think, because so many other things irritate me, like I don't know the subway, But putting that to the side, it's like there's like a bandwidth, Right, It's like how many things can I allow to irritate

me today? And so moving right into the topics for today's shows, we have a few, right, We have Don Lemon being around last night, taken in by federal agents and standing before a federal court today in LA, which essentially is like saying he went to Disneyland because it's LA and nobody gives a shit, Right, But it's nice to see some accountability because he's such a raging instigator and that's really what he is. Right, he doesn't have

a side. The side that Don Lemon has is whatever side is going to make you know, noise for him. So if it's like if it's going to make him popular, if it's going to make him interesting, he's on the side of it. And so we're looking back at what he did earlier this month when he went into a church which is a protected private place and he joined these BLM and I'm calling them the Antifa cartel people.

So the Antifa cartels, you know, they take over this church, they scare children, they prevent parents from getting up the steps to get their children who were up in you know, a Bible study or whatever. And Don Lemon's there, he was out in the parking line. He was working out the details with them, He's got cameramen. And then when the shit hits the fan and suddenly like it's a problem, they say, oh no, this is not a thing. You know, I wasn't really there. I wasn't a part of it.

I was never in on it. So now you have all these assholes like Barack Obama, who never should have been president as far as he's like, you know how people say about Trump, not my president, Like, that's what I said about that piece of shit for eight years. But this guy comes out and he goes this direct violation of the First Amendment. I'm like, listen, asshole. This is why you are so dumb. This is not a

violation of the First Amendment. This was Don Lemon not exercising his First Amendment rights in a peaceful and productive way, which would have been outside of the church on public property, or in the parking lot of private property where he could have been asked to leave, but wouldn't have been interrupting a religious service, which is actually protect did under various laws and legislative actions that have taken place over

the years because of incidents like this. You know, one of one of the things that I find a lot of times is the loudest people are the people that know the least and har meet Dylan, you know, she's she's just phenomenal. You know, she really understands so much of what is happening on the daily that other people

are just not talking about. Not the least of which was what happened when this guy decided that he was going to join up with protesters and go in and say, oh, hi, I'm going to disrupt your religious service because I think that your pastor is a member of ICE. Meanwhile, the pastor he was referring to a wasn't even there, and B is that pastor not allowed to you know, have

a regular job. I mean, that's this is the thing that's interesting, right, Like Don Lemon is uh a man who's married to another man, and I don't think that he would appreciate it if somebody came in to him working or broadcasting and saying I'm here to protest you and the way you live your life. What that would be really inappropriate and they would be trespassing on private property wherever he was doing his show and so on

and so forth. So the idea that now he's allowed to do that to somebody else who he doesn't agree with, and he's allowed to go into their church and say, well, I don't like that you work for ICE and I think that that's wrong and I want to fight you on that, and so I'm going to interrupt your church service and You're welcome. Like that's not a thing. It's a civil rights violation to go in and think that you can invade somebody's private church service with their children there.

And it's you know, the the FBI, the local authorities were there to talk to the members of Cities church and discuss you know, the coordinated attacks. And not only was harmeat involved, but the Attorney General got involved because we have laws on the books to protect houses of worship. It is an understood reality, and it is something that has been for quite a long time. This isn't news to anybody. So my point in saying all this is when they're saying that this is going up against his

First Amendment rights, it's a load of shit. It's not a real complaint. There are no First Amendment rights. When you're breaking somebody else's rights, your rights don't get to infringe on somebody else's. The way that our laws, from the Declaration of Independence to our Constitution to our Bill of Rights exist is as they're siloed, you know. And when you are functioning within those parameters of those laws,

you're fine. But when you start to say I am allowed to create this ridiculous zone of it's basically a no go zone right in these various blue cities, and you can't drive down this street, you can't pick up your children, you can't get your wife to the hospital. Now you're infringing on my rights. Now I am not a free American citizen because you're upset about something. As much as you hate ice, I love them I love that they are getting rid of criminals. I love that

they're getting rid of pedophiles. And guess what, criminals have kids too. So this all this bullshit like Mikey Sheryl going on you know, the Daily Show and saying she's not going to cooperate with ICE because you know, they arrested a five year old. It's it's such an utter lie. I mean, we really shouldn't be surprised, right because she lied to get into office and Jack Chitdarelli is the rightful governor of New Jersey. That's another show another time,

and we'll leave that there. Because as we go through the Save Act Voter Integrity, all of the investigations that are happening in the warehouses in Georgia and in Fulton County, I have no doubt that it will lead to many more discoveries. But putting that to the side for one moment, I think it's pretty incredible that this woman had the audacity to go on The Daily Show and say that ICE arrested a five year old when in fact, that five year old's father was a criminal. That five year

old's father was arrested and they abandoned their kid. I mean, can you imagine being in trouble, being you know, someone that's being arrested or being chased or whatever it is, and leaving your kid to fend for themselves. He's five, But that's what actually happened. And then they took the little guy. They took him over to McDonald's, they played his favorite music, they kept him warm because it's freezing in Minneapolis. And the news decides to say that they

arrested him. That never happened. It's actually so absurd it's offensive. And so then Mikey Cheryl goes on this nighttime show and this is this is a woman using our taxpayer dollars to fund her anti American jenda. Take a listen to this.

Speaker 3

I've already met with AG. We are putting on information on what helping New Jerseyans know their rights. We are not going to allow any iced raids to be staged from state properties. And we are also going to be standing up a portal so people can upload all their cell phone videos and alert people like, if you stand an ICE agent in the street, get your phone out. They have not been for counting. They will pick people up,

they will not tell us who they are. They will not tell us if they're here legally, they won't check. They'll pick up American citizens. They picked up a five year old child. We want documentation, and we are going to make sure we get it.

Speaker 2

So I already can't stand Mikey Cheryl. I can't stand anything about her. I think she's alliging, vapid asshole. But to put that to the side for one moment. The idea that you think you're going to take taxpayer funding and you're going to assign it to watch parties, to track ice, which is there to take criminals out of your state because you have a sanctuary state, which you need because no one wants to vote for you, so you need fake votes. Got it? Okay, Well she's still scumbag.

Glad we cleared that up. And the woman who's interviewing her, she's sitting in on the Daily Show. I have no idea who this woman is. The soft right right, Honestly, these are the types of people that they make my skin crawl, the feigned outrage. I I do not understand what it is going to take for these people, these liberal douchebags, to get a clue and say I care about American citizens dying every single day at the hands of illegal immigrants who never should have been allowed in

the country. And I truly think there's only two ways to make them actually give a ship, are you ready? Number One, one of their own has to be hurt or killed by an illegal immigrant so that they would actually feel what somebody else felt. Or Number two, they have to be held accountable or as an accomplice or complicit in the acts that are being carried out by those illegals whom they support. Either one of those things will give them a wake up call. We're seeing it

right now with Walls and Fry. I mean, they talk a good game, but you are seeing the Minneapolis State Police get in line. So that means they received notice from somebody who told them, hey, you better get your shit together, because we're coming in hot and we're taking you all down. And if your police continue to work against us, and your chief of police keeps going outside and saying that he's not going to help or protect our federal law enforcement, then you're going to lose all

your federal funding. Oh, by the way, we still had that Somali fraud stuff right here that hasn't gone anywhere, so don't think we forgot because you decided to stir up all this Antifa cartel bullshit. We know that you sold from the country. We know that you're funneling money through Somali daycares and assists of living facilities and other

business is it's absurd, right. They're buying houses all over the state of Minnesota, specifically in Minneapolis and Saint Paul because there's so many Liberals there and they're buying all of these houses, and then they're putting the houses up and saying that there are various types of businesses. I mean, one house had one hundred and eight businesses in it. Meanwhile, nobody lives there. There's nothing there, No clients, know nothing.

It's kind of like ilhan Omar. She's got a vineyard or a winery or some shit, but she has no wine. Nobody's ever had seen a bottle or had a glass. And then her husband is a consultant, but he has no clients. Like when they are very loud and making noise about other things and they want you to be distracted, just know that the reason that this is happening is because they want you to look away. For example, speaking of Minneapolis, and Minnesota. This is Governor Walls admitting that

there's fraud. Just take a listen.

Speaker 4

You're seeing what they're doing to us on the streets. But they are doing the same thing through the courts and their powers of the agencies to defund all of state government to make it. Yes, we're the most generous state in the country with benefits and things like that. Did we have some people steal from us? Yes, and we put him in jail. They use it as an excuse to dismantle a progressive, functional state that's some of the highest quality of life.

Speaker 2

What high quality of life are we talking about? Is that the burning rubber that your wife enjoyed smelling from her window during the BLM riots of twenty twenty, Is that what you're talking about. Tampon him. I'm just asking for a friend. He looked. First of all, he looks scared to death every time he talks. Now, I truly think he is scared to death because he knows he's culpable, and he knows he's caught. And he is definitely the

idiot at the top. Right, there's all these people below him that are willing nilly doing shit and using his name to get it through and he's going to be caught. He's going to be caught hole in the bag. I truly think that. But to say that he put people in jail for fraud, I'm like, what people are in jail for fraud? You have sixteen hundred and thirty criminal illegal aliens currently sitting in your Minneapolis jail and you won't let federal agents remove them. That's a crime. That's

a problem. You're arresting people, you have them sitting in there, and then you release them back out on the street. You have cash lists, bail, you got all kinds of problems. That's not a progressive functioning society. Nobody wants to live in Minneapolis, nobody wants to live in Saint Paul. But if you talk to people that live outside of those two cities, they will tell you that Minnesota is a wonderful place to live and they're very upset with the

way that these cities are being run. Most times, when you talk to people that live outside of blue cities, they will tell you they're conservative and they don't care for the leadership and the way that it's being run in these cities. Every single time, that's what you'll hear in closing. Now that we've gone through a slew of idiots, Don Lemon, Mikey, Cheryl, Governor Walls Fry, I found today on X one of the most ridiculous clips I have ever heard in my life. I'm not even going to

set it up. I'm just going to let you listen to it and you can hear for yourself how crazy this is. I actually thought at first it was Ai. I thought it was really dumb, and then I was like, oh, it's a real person, even more dumb. Take a lism.

Speaker 5

I want to start off by addressing one of the comments that was made by the witnesses around climate hysterics. Hysterics hysteria it refers to something that is wildly emotional. It comes from the Greek word womb of the womb. It is used in ancient Greek to refer to things associated with women, and I think, I hope you'll forgive me if I get emotional. Climate emergencies are not gender neutral. The degradation of ecosystems disproportionately impacts women and girls, and

I am wildly emotional. This is the existential crisis of our time, and to hear that we're asking for high ambition. Is climate hysteria That makes me wildly emotional.

Speaker 2

Absolutely.

Speaker 5

You know, when I think about my womb, you know, the two children that I bore from that womb and what future we are leaving them, I am wildly emotional. And it's not surprising to hear this from someone who has written articles that are pro life. I think that we need to think about the intersection of gender and the climate crisis, and I hope that the people around this table and the people listening will refrain from using language like climate hysteria. We are facing a climate emergency.

Speaker 2

Okay, so this woman is in tears because somebody said that the weather was wild and there were hysterics. And this word comes from womb in Greek, and that means what. I'm so sorry. Are you saying that the tornado is striking us because it's doesn't like women. Are you saying that the weather is bad and then it hurts women more than men. I'm pretty sure the rain hits us all the same. I mean, we can get into chemtrails,

that's another conversation and where those are landing. But I mean the rain, the hot sun, the wind, it's literally ridiculous. What this woman is saying, and to go down the road of you know, going into Greek words and how they can be the derivative of a word we're using now, and how this is just a slight against all women. I mean, holy shit, How much time do you have, ma'am?

I just there are too many more important things to be doing and to be thinking about and to be working on than to be offended by the word hysterics. I mean, holy shit. But see, she's probably been raised by some soft liberal parents who told her to think about her feelings and her vagina every single day. So she did, and then she started thinking about how, you know,

oppressed she was, which she's not. And then she starts thinking about everyone else is oppressed, which they're not, and it just becomes this like self fulfilling prophecy where you're sitting in an open courtroom and you're getting weepy. You know why we think you're weak because you're crying like a little bitch. How about that? How about that's why we think you're weak. It's absurd. I'm so sick of it. Grow up, be strong, stop it. It's I mean, God

help us. If we were ever in another world, war because I tell you what, we are descendants of brave men and women who went through World War One and World War Two, and I honestly don't think the women and men who stayed behind while our military went and fight. I don't know how this war effort would look. Maybe sitting around crying all day, Oh so frustrating. This is the Rogue Recap. I want to thank you guys for listening. We'll be back on Monday. I am on Iran Watch.

I'm praying for the people of Iran, the Persians, and yeah, stay tuned. I have no doubt there's going to be just a ton of things happening over the next two days. Please check us out at Rogue Recap at lindamik rogue recap dot com and have a great weekend and please be safe. We'll see you Monday.
