"Whoever desires the tillage of the Hereafter, We will enhance for him his tillage, and whoever desires the tillage of this world, We will give it ti him, but he will have no share in the Hereafter." Qur'an (42:20)
The Prophet (saw) is reported to have said: "Work for your life as though you will live forever, and work for the Hereafter as though you will die tomorrow." Tanbih al-khawatir v. 2 p. 234
