It's all about being mindful of the impact our choices have on our body, family, the environment and society.

In this episode, we talk about the our experiences of shopping for grocery items that are locally sourced, in season and grown sustainably, in the midst of a fast-food-instant-gratification culture. It can be even more challenging with members of the family not necessarily on board with your choices.
