Karen Ballesteros - Owner - No Restrictions Apparel, Powerlifter

Karen Ballesteros is a competitive powerlifter, engineering student, and small business owner.

She is pursuing a Bachelor's in civil engineering at Dalhousie University and is currently on her co-op work terms. Outside of work and school, you can either find her in the gym lifting heavy weights, training for her next powerlifting competition, or working on her business.

Just a few weeks ago, Karen launched her business @norestrictionsapparel, an apparel brand that encourages strength athletes to become the best versions of themselves while highlighting the importance of mental health in addition to physical health.
