What does it mean to be a Shadow Guide?

Back in July, while chasing content around Western Ontario, I met Anna Swisterski. Our mutual friend Urszula put us in touch when the podcast was still fresh!
Anna grew up in Windsor, Ontario. In her later teens, she started to feel a pull that she needed to leave and explore somewhere else and be in nature. Confused about next steps, she was sure she wanted to be in nature, so she jumped into the a Parks and Outdoor Recreation program for two years. The science and outdoors really interests her, but there was more depth with healing and intuition that was pulling her in other directions, along with a relationship! Later on, it was through a breakup and some self-healing and growth, Anna found herself as a Shadow Guide, and continues to live her truth and realities today!
