Lauren is a heart forward, grounded, wise and incredibly empathetic woman. She’s a wife and a Mom, working for a large corporate company and is very intentional about the division and allocation of her time and energy. Lauren’s Dad died tragically in a car accident when she was ten years old. This extreme life pivot is one that Lauren can see so clearly now, how it plays into her every day.
In this conversation, we hear about how suppressing her tears and emotions to look after and take care of others has played out throughout her life and in her relationships. Lauren shares some insights on how this huge loss has offered her perspectives on understanding our foundations, and how this has been such a teacher in her role as a wife and Mom.
