Jenn’s Journey with Grief after Losing her Dad - Road Trip #7

Amanda returned from yet another ACTUAL road trip across the country, from BC to Ontario and back again. In this drive, Amanda and Jenn chat about a special brew that has now safely arrived in BC - the Kashagawigabob.  This beer was brewed by Jenn and her family in honour of her Dad, Bob, who died last May. 

Jenn has really been missing her Dad a lot these days, and shares what’s been coming up for her recently. She talks about how she honours him now, how grief shows up in her life, and what hypnotherapy has done to help her break through what she calls her unhealthy relationship with crying.
