Episode description

Tasha Hunter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an author of her book What Children Remember, and a host of her podcast called When We Speak. She’s worked through her traumas to bring her best and most empathetic self into her practice, heart first.

Tasha’s deep connection to God is something that keeps her grounded. Her personal experiences have informed her practice and have helped shape the way she shows up for her clients, sitting with them in their pain, and helping them feel less alone.

Tasha has done the deep healing. She’s worked through her childhood parental abandonment, physical abuse and sexual abuse, and calls on her inner knowing and her God to help her bring this strength into the guiding role she takes on as a therapist… the therapist that’ll sit right here with you.
