Tiffany Nicholson Smith is an International Teacher, an Ayurvedic Practitioner, and a Lover of Life. Tiffany shares the gifts of Meditation, Yoga & Ayurveda globally, both in person and online, around the world.
Her perspectives were framed by her extensive time spent in India. She dedicates her life to serving those around her for the greater good. Her learnings from her time abroad, her teachers, mentors, readings and her experiences have shaped her life in such a beautiful and meaningful way.
