Wisdom for the Weekend: Stop Being Such a Good Girl!

Have you heard this phrase, "She is such a good girl, daughter, sister, mother, wife?" I think it's way overrated! It is quite possible you are being a martyr and overextending yourself and beyond! My advice to you, you need to just stop. Stop giving so much, stop giving from a depleted place, instead nurture yourself first and practice self-care often. Give from a full place. It's okay to stop being such a good girl! You'll feel so much better because of it. http://www.margaretromero.com/wfw27...
