Our conversation begins with Ryan sharing his racing background as a third generation driver and his rise to his current position in the industry. Then he talks about his preparation in terms of physical fitness, how drivers' improve their skills and the differences between cars in competition. Next Ryan talks about his experience in-race, the safety of the race cars and how he recovers post-race.
