Martin Fryer is a living legend of Ultra Running in Australia setting numerous distance records throughout his domestic and international career. Martin competed at the highest level in the most arduous Ultra Marathons on the globe as well as winning Commonwealth and World Championship events setting World Records that are yet to be improved on. Martin was a master of control as a Type A high achieving adult that enabled success in both sport and in career, but in the darkness of the lonely night during a multi day race when his mind and body had succumbed to that control, he discovered a more powerful energy source.
