Episode description

Harry Summers refuses to walk from the track and leave unfinished business behind. His child hood and early adult life struggles he held close to his chest, are now pinned out in the open for the running world to see and understand. Harry, like most of us, is still discovering who he is as a person and an athlete whilst chasing his dream of his first Olympic team in Tokyo. Harry is currently training and preparing for the Hamburg Marathon come April 19th over in Iten, Kenya under the watchful eye and guidance of the famed Italian coach Renato Canova. Harry is very upfront with his struggles and shares some insight into his previous races and current training that I know you will enjoy listening to.   Please help support Harry and the less fortunate kids of Kenya by clicking on the GoFundMe links below:   https://au.gofundme.com/f/road-to-tokyo-olympics   https://www.gofundme.com/f/student-visa-and-running-shoes   Follow Harry's journey:   Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/harrydessummers/   Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/harry.summers.98   The Running Guy Coaching Website - therunningguy.com.au   Instagram - www.instagram.com/therunningguypodcast   Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/therunningguypodcast/   Join The Running Guy Podcast Strava Club - www.strava.com/clubs/therunningguypodcast   YouTube Channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAvM0q11KzHkLBoL0LX_9lw   Opening music - Artist: Dan Henig Song: Flames Closing music -  Artist: Dan Henig Song: Wood   DanHenig.com   Hey guy's if you are enjoying listening to the show and would like to make a small donation of support then follow this PayPal link https://paypal.me/astonduncan?locale.x=en_AU
