We talk teams on the rise and give a shout out to some local coaches and programs that are making things happen in the UMAC and MIAC. Director of the Minnesota Force club softball program and Hall of Fame shortstop of the Arizona Wildcats, Julie Standering talks about her illustrious playing career and running one of the top club programs in the Midwest. Head Fastpitch Coach Alicia Du'Monceaux from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul  joins us to talk about her program and gives her thoughts on how to walk hand-in-hand with those who struggle with mental health issues.
