Learning From One Another - Us and European Policies Toward University-Industry Technology Transfer Professor David C. Mowery delivered a public lecture jointly orgainised by the Royal Irish Academy and the ESRI entitled Learning from one another? US and European policies toward university-industry technology transfer. Professor Mowery discussed institutional models for technology transfer and challenges for implementing these in small open economies.
