I often get told that Im inspiring for others to watch. This is one of the most humbling experiences to have. I believed that I've reached a point in my life where I can say I qualify for such statements.
I've put my ground work in the trenches and Im still working hard and even more determined. People ask me who is my inspirations are. I often say there are too many to pick from but one of the important factors for me is someone who had a massive life transformation or people who have put in the mileage.
My guest today goes by the name of Leonard St Cyr. He is one who has put in the mileage. He has been in the fitness industry for 37 years (and counting). But in all honesty he looks about that in age however he is in his early 50s and still in remarkable shape.
Lenny takes us through his experience in the industry, his mindset, maintaining such an incredible shape and returning to the stage after 22.
This is an awesome podcast. I hope you enjoy.
