Elite athletes are using this trick called deloading to fight fatigue and keep up their training, and you can use it for your habits as well. So what people are using this and this has given you, you're resting up. You're easing up on your routine to

And this is where the elite athletes they elite lighter workouts.

If you run every day, take a deload week, maybe just go for walks. And I think Chili might be just deloading from the you know the stresses of his everyday life. Elite athletes. When you're an elite, you know what I mean, you do some you try some lighter activities walking instead of running.

And dloads can be planned every few weeks, not every weekend, but every few weeks or so. But this is something that elite athletes are doing.

I'm on my second month of I'm on my second month of delete uh, deloading from now going to the gym.

It is it's a it's a one week thing, and you don't quit altogether. You just you just it's it's it's a lighter load of what you're deloading. You're not quitting. Nobody said anything about quitting. Well, I'm not deloading. Man like, hey, you don't go whatever you want to go back bro, Nope.

This helps you stick with your habits, like exercising or eating healthy.
