There's not enough ketchup in it because it's too late. All Burger sauce is. If you look at any of these recipes, it's ketchup mayonnaise and mustard, and then sometimes it has relish in it. Now, I like all those I like all

those things on my burger, but I like to control. I'm not like, I'm not rinking for Heinz nerd guy to say, okay, this is the ratio that's perfect for the burger. I like the four individual things on my burger. I never buy a sauce like that. What do you go heavy on between the four ketchup ketchups the goat. I'm pretty particular too in the way I like my portions. Yeah, my sauce portions. The ratio is important. Yeah, yeah, you know, and some people go a

little mustard heavy and stuff. But I think that's all those sauces are. And I just I look at them and I know there's not enough ketchup in them because they're not read enough. I love a wine. I like that. Not read enough. I read enough, that solid log, you like that hind fifty seven, that little It's like, I'm here for all sauces. I am all toppings, all dips, all sauces. I am here for going out to eat, and bring me everything to dip. Bring me

those little metal cup what do you call those? I call cup cups? Well, no, but that's usually what comes in the metal ones. If they're metal, that's like the ginger sauce sauce. But I have more more this one. I can tell you. It's just like just dip everything in there every single time I've gone out for fish fry if because sometimes it's on me, I don't. I will say, hey, can I get extra tartar sauce, you know, like during lint we're going out, Definitely,

And then sometimes you want to get a fry in that tartar sauce too, every now, yeah, and then charter and ketchup mixed no tartar and the vinegar.

The vinegar, oh you know what I was vinegar. It was a My grandma's house had vinegar out and she would put that on our fries and stuff and it was cool. And then I just never it just I left that at my grandmother's house when I was a little kid, malt vinegar in the tartar sauce with the fish. I haven't, oh my god, I haven't put vinegar on fries or fish in forever. Do lemon lemon. Of course, I used to take me. We would go to It's called Captain Tom's

on it ten. It looks like a boat. It's like the best gumbo, best fried stramp in the world. But my dad used to the flower beds are all oyster shells. Oh yeah, it was just they repurposed them. But he used to. He showed us how to make cocktail sauce. And I remember thinking, I was like, I was in the middle school. I thought I was a magician. He's like, yeah, he just asked the horse Radish, put it in with your ketchup, spoon it up

a little bit, and there's your horse. There's your cocktail sauce. And I was like what. And that's the coolest thing ever. And I d that a dash of Worcestershire in your cocktail sauce. So yeah, this would be fun to know what combination of sauces people like. But one sauce, one sauce with fourteen different sauces mixed together is silly for me. It's overkilled. Yeah you have forty sauce, you don't have one. Yeah, all right, you're doing much. I would want I would want fourteen of those

things separated and I would go down the line. I am here for dipping, I am here for sauces. Man. For sure, you have like a shark coooterie board, but it's just sauces. And then you can bring your own thing and be like here here he is. That's not a bad idea. A little fried charcooterie sauce cooterie trademark and we can see that.
