Tupperware is one of America's most iconic brands. It's going bankrupt after seventy eight years. So this is a line of food storage containers that was launched in nineteen forty six by a guy.

They've been struggling for years thanks to falling demand and then more competition from off rands sold on sites like Amazon. I know you can buy sets on TikTok, you can buy them in Costco. They're, you know, Tupperware competitors are kind of everywhere, and they've been struggling for years.

So back when they were the only game in town, women through Tupperware parties and sold sets to their friends. I remember my grandma hosting Tupperware parties.

You can go to your friend's house and you could see the exact same tupperware at all the homes. Everybody had the exact same stuff. Everyone had that same picture. If you made like if you were a kool Aid family, you had that same picture that had that little button on top. Yeah, so everyone had that. We had like this kind of oblong yellow one, yeah, and you could hold it.

That's what we made our kool aid in.

But as far as like storing food, everybody, my grandma, all our relatives, our cousins, everybody had the same set of tupperware.

I can picture it now. It's like green colors, yellow, pinks, all different colors. I remember my grandma got me a little Tupperware tea set. I've really enjoyed that.

I think it complements the burger nice.
