Alright so it’s a Saturday morning and Communal Creative Studios is busy. There’s music being recorded, and a podcast set being organized for recording… when a big tour van hauling some gear and a crew of people pulls up. Ruby Waters has arrived.

The Road The Stage returns this week with Patrick Bateman and Peter Michaels welcoming Ruby Waters and entourage to Red Deer. They’ve been on the road for the Soaking Wet Tour, experiencing a prairie winter for the first time. Ruby is a really fun conversation, talking about the different places she grew up, busking, bathrooms, smoking, her music history and more.
