What I mean by bold action is just going after something you want and not kind of listening to the what you should do or what other people are doing, really listening to your internal company compass, sorry and your intuition. Hello and welcome back to the Rise and Conker Podcast. It is your host, Georgie Stephenson. As some of you may know, I'm currently on maternity leave, so Tim and I are soaking up the newborn bubble and new parent

life with our little baby girl. But I did not want to leave my rn C fan with nothing, so we are bringing back the best bits of the Rise and Conquer podcast. We have nearly over two hundred episodes, so I thought it would be a cool idea to bring you snippets from the most listened to, the most talked about episodes and just give you the best bits in a mini episode. So be prepared to get straight into juicy topics, to feel inspired, to feel motivated, empowered,

and of course informed. These episodes are shorter, but they're just full of the best bits. If you did like this mini app, make sure you go to the show notes where we have linked the full episode. And I just want to say I really appreciate you guys still supporting the show while I'm taking some time off to enjoy Baby Girl, and I just can't wait to be back in your ears with fresh episodes in the new year. We have been planning the next season and there are

so many exciting guests and surprises coming up. So I really hope you enjoy this mini episode. Let's get straight into the show, but let's chat bold action. So I know the word bold action might even sound a bit like intimidating because it's like bold action. But honestly, bold

action doesn't have to be huge action. What I mean by bold action is just going after something you want and not kind of listening to the what you should do or what other people are doing, really listening to your internal company compass, sorry and your intuition and going after what you want. It doesn't have to be a huge step. It can be a small step. But the reason why I say bold is because when we do action, you know, listen to my intuition and go after what

we want, that's bold, Like that is huge. And you know my background of you know, doing law and doing these steps because it's really what I thought I should do rather than what I wanted and I I didn't listen to my intuition and my internal compass for years and years and years, I did, you know, six years of study, and then right towards the end, I was like, wait a minute, I'm really not listening to my compass

and I'm feeling really out of alignment. And when I did start listening to my intuition and I started to reflect and really get down to what I wanted to do, I realized I was in the wrong career, in the wrong place, and I made some huge changes. And I'm not saying you have to do something like that, but I am talking about getting quiet, listening within, getting clear on what feels aligned to you, what feels true to you, because it's going to be so so different for everyone,

and then taking small, all big steps towards that. That is bold action. And Guys, if you think about it, when you're living in alignment with what you truly feel is correct for you and your life, the feeling that you should get is like ease and flow and feeling happy and feeling grateful. And I kind of explain it in the way of like things just feeling right. That

is when I know I'm in alignment. And when I'm not in alignment and things are going wrong and feeling things are feeling difficult, I literally step back and go, Okay, what is happening here? I've obviously, you know, followed a path or done something that is not actually in alignment. Like, let's kind of backtrack and let's get true to where

I really want to be and go from there. So I just want to I give you some questions, some stuff to think about, but just stuff to think about, because I think everyone can benefit from living in alignment and taking bold action that feels true to them. Okay, r n C. Fam, We're taking a quick break and I want to ask you, guys, are you getting your daily recommended intake of three fruits and five veggies? No?

Sometimes maybe I feel you on this. Wow. So, in a perfect world, we are getting all our vitamin minerals and needs from our food directly. But because we live such hectic lives and our soil is often lacking from so much farming done, that doesn't always happen. And that's why supplements are so popular. And that's why Naked Harvest was born just to be you know, very transparent with you. So, what we really wanted to do was make sure you're getting what you need in a convenient way when you're

not getting your daily recommended intake of veggies. In so introducing our newest product, Gorgeous Greens, which is a greens powder that actually tastes delicious. So we have been formulating this for quite a while because honestly, it was so hard to have a greens powder that has all the good stuff and that tastes delicious, Like I honestly get why so many other greens powders just taste so foul. And honestly, any other greens powder I bought, I've just

never finished and I just throw it away. So there are two flavors that is very vanilla and Mango magic. I recommend getting very vanilla if you just want to add it to your smoothies, but if you do want to have it by itself, Mango magic is so delicious and so flavorsome. Also, guys, the greens plowder is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, refined, sugar free, and family friendly. So one scoop equals one serfs of veggies, so you're really

getting veggies in at breakfast time. If you're a smoothie lover like me, and it just makes it easier to get all the veggies in and to really making sure you're getting the vitamins and minerals you need daily. So I absolutely know that if you try this product, you will love it. That's how confident I am with this greenspowder because ah, we have just with aiste with aste the flavor. So guys, if you need to get some veggies in your day in a more convenient way, try

Gorgeous Greens today. So I do have a sneaky code for my Rise and Conker family which is just Rise and Conquer podcasts. You can just put that at checkout at Naked Half Supplements dot com and the Gorgeous Screens is under the wellness tap. Okay, enough about Gorgeous Screens.

Let's get back into the show. So something that I love doing and I think is so important when you are when you have decided you do want to you know, live in alignment and go after something different or just go after what you want, is really getting clear on who you want to be and what that life looks like.

So I'm not just talking about like, you know, a specific desire of you know, I want this or I want to be this person, I want to change this career, but like really getting deep and is like what does your whole life look like like? What does a day

in that life look like? So it could be like your dream life, like really dream big here, really think about the bigger sort of vision, and I want you to visualize the little details, like I want you to start thinking about like what do you look like, what are you wearing? How do you feel? How do you show up in the world. And then I want you to think about like what does your day look like? Like? What time are you waking up? What does your morning

ritual look like? What are you doing during the day? What is your job or are you looking after you know children? Like what is happening during the day? What does it feel like? Again, like I really want you to think about the feelings, because feelings and intention is everything, and just visualize what that like dream life, ultimate day

looks like. Because sometimes we can have these like desires, specific desires of you know, I want to do this career or I want this car or you know, these things, but we're not actually looking at the bigger picture and getting clear about our actual life and us as people. So do this like kind of visualize exercise once you've stopped this podcast and really have a think about you

yourself and your life. Now, once you're clear on your you know, future, best self and that sort of dream life, and honestly, it might be like quite similar to what you're doing now. That might just be a few tweaks. But once you're clear on that, I want you to start thinking of a small, bold action you can take to get a step closer, you know, to that dream life and that direction. It can be small, it can be big, it can literally be anything. But what I

want you to do is sit quietly. You can you know, be in a bit of a meditative state or journaling or whatever you need to do, like set the scene, like make sure you've told your husband or your boyfriend or your kids or roommate, just like leave me alone

for ten to twenty minutes. Get in that state, do that visualization and that I want to I want you to sit there, take some breaths, hold you can, put your hand on your heart, hold your heart and really get into a state and ask yourself, what is the next step, what does it look like to me? And without any judgment or when you you know, try and get logical or anything like that. Just see what comes up. Just see what comes up. Write it down, like I said,

like no judgment. It might scare you, it might excite you. Try and take the emotions away from it, and really just like see what comes up for you. Because a huge thing that I do is my next steps are always intuitive, and I honestly think that's like such a huge thing. So don't think logically, you know, what is the logical next step? Oh, I want to start a business, I should start an Instagram or whatever. Like, no, we're

not doing that. We're getting into your intuition and we're going what feels good to me, what is the next step? So that's just like a very kind of quick exercise. What's not that quick. You can take as little as much time as you want, but it's just an exercise

to get into that next step. Because I guarantee when I'm telling people, you know, to take bold action and to go after what they want this year, a huge thing that comes up is, you know, I don't know what that looks like and I don't know what that is, and oh my god, that is so fine. But so this is a really good practice that you can do to really tap into what that looks like for you. Thank you for listening for another RNC episode.
