Intuition is something that I think is so important. We all have it, but we don't always know how to tap into it personally. I have found when I strengthen my intuition and tap into it and get to that deeper self, I gain so much clarity and I have so much trust in my choices and my next steps. Welcome back to the Rise and Conquered podcast. I'm your host, Georgie Stevenson, former lawyer turned entrepreneur, social media personality and

Hello and welcome back to the Rise and Conquer Podcasts. I have a different episode for you today and we are doing a guided meditation to tap into our intuition and gain clarity. Intuition is something that I think is so important. We all have it,

but we don't don't always know how to tap into it. Personally, I have found when I strengthen my intuition and tap into it and get to that deeper self, I gain so much clarity, and I have so much trust in my choices and my next steps, and it feels like I'm coming home. So it's definitely something I want for you guys, and it's definitely something that is worth while

looking into and really strengthening. So before we get into the meditation today, I did want to say, if this is something that you kind of maybe you haven't always tapped into your intuition, maybe you don't always trust yourself, or maybe you always just feel a little uneasy or uncertain in the choices you make, which I definitely have been there. It's an anxious feeling and it's not fun.

So if you ask someone who wants to tap into your intuition a bit more, or maybe you already are tapping into your intuition but you just want to strengthen it and gain clarity, I would invite you to download my new free ebook where I help you just do that. you'll get emailed the free ebook. But let's get straight into the meditation now. I want you to be super intentional with this meditation and set the scene. Go somewhere quiet, have no distractions, you know, put your phone on silent, close the door if your partner's in the house, or go out in nature. I want you to feel grounded and really get the most out of this. So first of all, sit up straight, have your legs cross, but

get comfortable. I always feel good when I roll my shoulders back and I roll my neck from side to side, and I really sit in my body. I want you to start by taking some deep breaths. Really take these from the bottom of your belly, so in and out, in through your nose and out through your mouth or whatever feels comfortable. Now, I want you to try and clear your mind. I know you've probably got stuff to do after this today, tonight, tomorrow. We all have stuff

to do. But you're so deserving for sitting here and taking time to tap into your intuition to start trusting yourself. To come home to yourself now while you're still taking those deep belly breaths, I want you to repeat after me. I'll say it first and then give you time to say it in your head or out loud. I have everything I need inside of me to choose the right path. I trust myself and my ability to know what's right for me. I was born with a strong intuition and

it will lead me wherever I need to go. I trust myself. I am a magnet. I create my own reality and attract my biggest desires. My aligned path is right in front of me, and I have everything I need to continue on it. Now that you have reminded yourself that you are capable, you can trust yourself, It's time to get deep. I want you to answer the following questions, and I'm going to say the questions and just see what pops up first. It might surprise you. What is the next step for me? Am I living

my life in alignment? What feels like the next step to live my life in more alignment? What energy do I want to attract right now? How can I get on that vibration to attract that energy I need? How can I feel more at peace right now? Ah, there stronger boundaries that I could be putting in place if I were to follow my gut completely, surrender and trust

my intuition. What would that look like for me? Now that you have asked yourself those questions, I want you to let go of the how and trust that everything you need, all the next steps is already in motion and it's coming to you. You don't need to worry what your next level self is as long as you can tap into your intuition and get clear it's on its way to you. You don't need to justify with reason of logic how it's going to happen. When it's

going to happen. You need to trust. This is a part of tapping into your intuition, know that it's coming, trust that it's coming, and surrender. Now, I want you to imagine what it would feel like if you were already tapped into your intuition, if everything was clear, if you always knew the next step. How would that feel? And I want you to really feel into that feeling for the next thirty seconds. How would that feel? How

would you show up now? I want to congratulate you because that feeling you felt of trusting you intuition, of surrendering, of knowing that you were born with all the answers and you don't need to look outside, You don't need to ask other people. That you have everything you need inside you. That feeling is possible for you all the time. You just have to trust. I want you to tap into that feeling as much as possible. Like attracts like.

The more you learn to trust yourself, the easier it becomes. So hold on to that feeling everything is working out for you. Now we're going to finish with some more affirmations, And while you're saying these affirmations, I really want you to lock in that feeling of trusting yourself, of knowing that everything you need is inside you. You don't need to look outside you. You don't need to look for external validation or to know what other people are doing

or what your family's doing. Everything you need is inside you. Trust that know that when you're tapped into your intuition, you're in alignment. You know your next step, and you're honestly invincible. So I want you to keep taking those belly breaths, and I want you to repeat after me. Lock into that feeling of trusting yourself. You're listening to this meditation for a reason. Your intuition has made you

come to this meditation. It wants to be stronger. Focus on where you can feel it in your body and lock that in. Let your head stop worrying about logic and reason. Come back to your inner self. Now. I want you to repeat after me. I trust myself. I am always guided. When I'm listening to my intuition, I cannot get it wrong. I know what is best for me. I was born with that. I choose to let go

of the noise. I choose to let go of what I am told is right for me by other people and focus on what I know is true for me in my heart and in my gut. I am always capable. I trust my intuition. I know when I'm in alignment. I am always guided where I need to be. I know, even if it doesn't make logical sense, that my intuition will guide me and it will feel right. My next steps get to come to me with ease and with flow.

I am in control of my own reality. The desires that I have on my heart were put there for a reason. Exploring what my intuition is telling me is never a waste of time. I trust myself and I am clear. Now I want you to take a couple of more breaths in and out and just feel into those affirmations. Now, if you felt any resistance in that guided meditator, maybe your logical brain started to creep in and say this is silly, or why would this make a difference, or of course I need to listen to

other people. I want you to know that this is normal. But it does get easier to quiet your mind and lock into these feelings. You just have to make this a practice, and you just have to want it to happen. You honestly can do anything you set your mind to, and if it's on your heart, it is meant for you. So if you randomly stumbled across this meditation or this episode, know that that was not by chance and this is something that you need to do for your next step. Also,

I want you to stop doubting yourself. You will always enough, You are always enough, and you will always know what is best for you. I cannot tell you no one is your guru. You are your own guru. You just need to trust and when things don't make sense, you just need to lock in that feeling. All right, guys, thank you so much for listening to this meditation.
