Hope you having the most amazing festive season. We're currently on holidays, but I wanted to drop this special New Year's meditation for you all. It's going to help you harness the great New Year energy. And also I want you to remember that this meditation you can come back to it anytime and tap back into this new year energy that is going to feel so good and so potent. Welcome to this guided meditation for stepping into the year twenty twenty four with clarity and attention. Find a quiet
and comfortable space, and let's begin. I want you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, exhaling through your mouth, exhaling out of your mouth. Allow yourself to release any tension while we're here. Let's do a quick body scan and see where we need to loosen up. You can roll your neck or your shoulders back, give your feet a wiggle, whatever feels good.
While you're coming back to your breath. With each breath, feel roots extending from your body, grounding you to the earth. Sense the stability and support as you connect with the energy beneath you. I want you to take a moment to sit and fell into this grounded state. Focus on your breath, feel the energy around you. I want you to take a moment to reflect on the past year, acknowledge the challenges and the successes without any judgment. I want you to sit in total awareness, allow any emotions
to surface and then release them. You were here and in this moment, ready to embrace the new year. I'm going to give you a moment to think about these and anything you need to let go. I want you to feel like it's just a passing thought blowing into the wind. It's gone, let.
It go dat.
Now I want you to picture a light around you. The color of this light is whatever comes into your mind. First, trust the color of the light and know that it represents the energy of twenty twenty four. When you see it, you feel instantly calm, grounded, and at peace. I want you to picture this light forming an egg shape around you, and you realize this means that you are protected. This is your light that you can tap into at any point.
Take a moment while you sit in this light. Now, I want you to inhlle, drawing this light into your body, filling you with positive emotions. You feel lighter, like the darkness has been expelled from your body. Now, I want you to take some time to set some intentions for the year ahead. How do you want to feel, how do you want to show up? Take a moment to really fill into this. Now, I want you to think
about the goals that you have. Take a moment to imagine what it would feel like once you have achieved them. Go all the way to the end. What do you want to achieve the CEM. Now I want you to take some time to think about exactly where you want to be a year from now. What energy do you want to be in. What does your future self, your higher self? What do they want? What do they desire?
What do they want to attract? Know that these intentions are seeds planted in your consciousness getting ready to sprout, grow, and flourish over the next twelve months. Trust that these are on your heart for a reason. Now, I want you to take a moment to allow the feeling of gratitude to fill your heart. Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations and you can tap into it at any time. Sit in what you have complete gratitude for in the
last twelve months. Now, I want you to take some time to sit in the feeling of being truly grateful for all the lessons that you have learned and the challenges that you have overcome in twenty twenty three. It is so important to reflect and recognize these lessons and have gratitude for these lessons as they have shaped you into the person you are today, who will then move forth and follow your desires for twenty twenty four. Take some time to sit in gratitude for the lessons now.
I want you to shift your attention back to your desires for twenty twenty four. And I want you to take a moment to think about any doubtful thoughts that you may have come up and anything that you think you can't do. It's time to release these thoughts. It's time to thank them for giving you a nudge of where to explore, of where to do the work. But
it's time to let them go. Know that they're limiting beliefs and you can work through them, and that you have everything that you need inside you to achieve all your desires. They are on your heart for a reason. D bring yourself back to the present moment. Feel the breath moving in and out of your body. Think back to the beginning of this meditation. Go back to your feet with the roots extending into the earth. You were grounded,
you were here, and you were present. I want you to release any thoughts of the past, and the future is where you are and is where your power resides. Come back to the present moment. Gently bring your awareness back to the room. Express gratitude for this time of reflection and intention setting. You are ready open your eyes and carry this positive energy and the intentions for twenty twenty four with you today. May this meditation guide you
into the new year with purpose, clarity, and positivity. Know that you can come back to this at any point. I am so proud of you, and I love you so much.
