So today’s ep is for my girl gang who struggle to fit a slow morning routine into their schedule. Today I bring you my guided, step-by-step routine for those mornings when I am in a rush. Something that I do find and I've noticed such a big difference now that I am very routine with my morning routine is if I don't do these things, I do notice a difference and I am so much more scattered and it's kind of like I just can't catch up with the day. I don't know what I'm doing. And so I wanted to bring you a practice where you can do it with me in your car, on

the bus, wherever you are. Uh, you know, maybe you're running late, maybe you slept in, and you still are going to get the benefits of doing a morning routine practice.

Hello, guys, and welcome, come back to the Rise and Conquer podcast. I'm your host, Georgie Stevenson, lawyer turned entrepreneur and personal development junkie. I've got a different ep for you today and I am running you through a guided manifestation and gratitude practice that you can do anywhere, at any time. So you guys know, I love my morning practice of journaling and gratitude and meditation, and I love to take my morning slow and have my coffee and

really ease into the day. And that came from working corporate for a very long time where I started at seven point thirty, so my mornings were always very rushed. In saying that that does not happen every single day, but something that I do find and I've noticed such a big difference now that I am very routine with my morning routine, is if I don't do these things, I do notice a difference and I am so much more scattered and it's kind of like I just can't

catch up with the day. I don't know what I'm doing. And so I wanted to bring you a practice where you can do it with me in your car, on the bus, wherever you are. You know, maybe you're running late, maybe you slept in, and you still are going to

get the benefits of doing a morning routine practice. So I would be saving this episode, whether that's on your podcast app or Spotify, save this episode and come back to it anytime you want to do this practice on the go if you're in a rush, because I guarantee you are going to feel so much more aligned, so much more clear, and just so much more high vibe after we do this. So this won't take long. Give me your time, give me your attention, and let's do

this together. So to start this practice, let's just catch our breath and make sure we're here and we're present, and I want you to take some big belly breaths, so inhaling and exhaling and really making sure that breath is deep inside our belly, inside our midsection. Also something that I've been doing lately, which I love, is I inhale and I say the mantra calm mind, I exhale and then I say gentle heart. So it's like, come mind,

gentle heart, came mind, gentle heart. Now I want you to take three big belly breaths while saying those mantras right now, lost breath. So let's start our practice today with gratitude. Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations, and we know like attracts like, so if we now raise our vibe, we will be attracting a high vibe energy, people and things all day. I want you to think of three things you're grateful for. I feel like we know the drill with this. It needs to be something

that evokes emotion and really makes us feel something. It can be so simple or it can be complex. It is completely up to you. It could be the fact that you had a great sleep last night, that you got to sleep next to your love, your partner, that maybe you woke up and you got to do an activity that you love. Maybe it's that you have a supportive family or friends, or maybe it's simply that you

have a roof over your head. Now, I'm going to give you some time and really sit in the feelings of gratitude and being thankful for just three simple or complex things. Now that we have thought of what we're grateful for and we're sitting already on a higher vibe, I want you to think about three goals that you're currently trying to attract. These can be small, these can be big. They are completely up to you, and I want you to say them out loud in the present tense. So,

for example, I'll give you a couple. It could be I have saved twenty thousand dollars to put towards my first house. It feels so damn good. Or I'm feeling so confident with myself. I've been giving myself some self love and really nourishing my body and my mind. I am so proud of myself this month. Or it could be something about work I completed all my client meetings this week. Everyone felt so happy and supported. I got on top of my emails, and I just feel so

on top and organized. So make sure you say the goal in present tense, like you have completed it. And I also like leaving a feeling after it. So I'm going to give you some time, and I want you to say these things out loud right now.

Now, I want you to sit in the feeling of if you had actually achieved these goals right now. I'm going to give you sixty seconds. It's not a lot of time, but it is so important to get this feeling of what it would feel like if you had accomplished those three goals already. It's happened, done, You've attracted exactly what you've desired, and it feels so high vibe and so good. I want you to sit in that feeling and really feel the feelings of what it would

feel like if you had already achieved those things. How bloody good did that feel? Now? I want you to repeat these mantras after me. Life happens for me, not to me. I am always supported and guided in my next steps. My desires were put on my heart for a reason, and I will not ignore them. I know I create my own reality and I get to have what I desire. I am so grateful to be me, and I am exactly where I should be in my

life right now. Congratulations, girlfriend, you have just completed a really beautiful grounding, manifesting and gratitude mourning practice with me. That's it. You had done. This didn't take too much time at all, and I hope you're feeling as sparkly and high vibe as I am. Now. Remember to save this and come back to it anytime you're in a rush.

Said in a line, get it done. You know you will feel so good after you do it.
