media personality and personal development junkie. We chat a variety of topics including mindset, business, relationship, health, and so much more. Basically, wherever you are on your journey, I want to help you feel inspired and empowered to rise
up and conquer your next bold move. I know that's going to look different for everyone, but just no, I'm right here by your side and that you have the RNC community behind you. Let's do this. Hello guys, and welcome back to another episode of the Rise and Conquer Podcast. It is your host Georgie Stevenson, and we are doing a solo Pep Talk today. So when this episode goes live, it's a Friday, and the Monday that we've just had
is International Women's Day. So I'm going to be chatting about my kind of spin on what it means to me and especially the theme of this year. So let's just get yet straight into it. So the theme of International Women's Day this year is Choose to Challenge. So the International Women's Day website explains that a challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we're all responsible for our
own thoughts and actions all day, every day. We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. From challenge comes change. So let's all choose to challenge. I absolutely
love love Love this year a this year's theme. And I also just want to say I've got a bit of a story for you too, because at the start of this week, when it was International Women's Day, was also the day that we announce some really exciting news for naked harvests. Now I'm going to go through the story and just like stay with me. I swear there's all a point to all this. So yeah, we announced that for the first time ever, Naked Harvest will be
available in stores at Elite Supplements. So we have We're nearly two years old, and we have always been exclusively online on our website, and that move was really kind of a strategic move. We had been offered various kind of wholesaling opportunities previously, but me and Cooper really spoke about this from the start, and Naked Harvest is a long term thing. It's not this quick thing, you know, to make money or you know, to go big really fast.
From the start, we were always like, this is our long term thing that we want to do, you know, for lifestyle and because we love it. And so we kind of had heard various stories of when a company does go too big too fast, there can be you know, growing pains and scaling issues with you know, just like customer service and wholesaling, especially like once you wholesale your product to you know, the store, you kind of lose
a bit of control. So for us, it was really important to build the foundation of Naked Harvest to make sure, you know, our NH gang is happy with the products they love the products, to make sure we have the most amazing customer service, and to really build our community and foundation before we scaled, because yeah, I don't know, that's what just felt right for us. And like I said, this is a long term thing, so we weren't interested in doing all these things super fast and then you know,
regretting it. So this has kind of been in the works for a while as you could imagine a deal like this, and we had been chatting to Elite SUPs for a while and so everything's kind of, you know, fallen into place. We've worked out everything, and we are now at a point where we are exclusively with Elite SUPs, which means if you go to any of their stores, which there's forty stores as wide at you'll see n H on the shelves, which honestly, that in itself is
super sereal. Like me and Cooper went into US store and it's.
Just kind of, I don't know, it's weird because I still see us as this like you know, super family run, little small business, so to.
See us next to some of the big supplement giants is it's super surreal. And we're also on their online site too, which is exciting for someone who you know they maybe want to buy Naked Harvest, but Elites up stocks all other supplements too, So maybe you're someone who buys multiple products, like I'm personally someone who loves before you Speak coffee. So it's like maybe you buy you before you Beat coffee plus your NH natural pre and you don't have to pay extra shipping, if that makes sense.
So we definitely knew we would always do something like this. We were just super picky with when it was going to happen and who it was with. And I was having a conversation with someone the other day about, yeah, like who we're going with, and she was explaining she was like, oh, like, I just I would have thought that you guys would have picked some you know, kind of like a natural, organic wholesaling store, like won't name names,
but you know, various stuff like that. And to be honest, so Elite Subs is like, you know, it's a very supplement you know. I was about to say it's a very supplement store, but Elite SUPs is, Yeah, it's like one of the big supplement store giants. And honestly, I am so so happy that Naked Harvest is in a store like Elite SUPs because that this is why Naked
Harvest was born. So I remember when I first started my fitness journey, I did not really feel seen in the fitness industry as a woman, as a woman, sorry. So I remember just various things like you know, going into the gym and being super intimidated by going into the weight section because that's where you know, the males trained, and I felt like if I didn't dig do things properly, I would be judged or whatnot. And that's obviously, you know,
a projection of myself. But I feel like the fitness industry was very much come from this place of you know, the girls did pilates and went on the treadmill, and males were in the muscle not some muscle, well, the weights area, and so when I wanted to do strength and con conditioning training, I felt super intimidated. Also like another experience that I've had in the fitness industry and
more specifically in the supplement industry. And I feel like probably every female has had this experience, especially if your fitness journey was like years ago like mine, and it's going into a typical supplement store being served by this like buff guy who's probably on steroids, and them giving you products that it's like this crazy intense pre worker that you may make you vomit at the most or at the least, just give you crazy anxiety and giving
you some way protein that upsets your stomach. And walking into the store and really feeling like this was not a space for you. That is how I felt I would walk into. Like I vividly remember my first experience in a supplement store. It was like, you know, blue and black writing and there's lightning bolts, and there's words like bulk and shred and it's super intimidating and honestly, like that's why Naked Harvest was born, because we saw a gap in the market where women were not being
seen and heard and welcomed. It did not feel like a space for me, and so that's why we created Naked Harvest. And more specifically, like with our branding, you guys know, it's super female orientated because that's what I
wanted to see in the supplement industry. And even though we don't say specifically like you know, our supplements are for females because we do want to be inclusive, but even to the point of formulation, like everything is formulated with a woman's body and mind, knowing that we do need less caffeine and we are more sensitive with our drenals, and lots of women are dairy in tolerant or they are vegans, and our system just needs a bit more
like gentleness. And that's not saying like that is being more general, but that's kind of what I felt was missing in the supplement industry industry, and why Naked Harvest was born and why you know, our branding is a certain way and why we do things a certain way.
That was always from the beginning. So now to be you know, nearly two years old, our first wholesaler in a store like Elite, And honestly, big props to Elite, because when we were discussing all this, they were like, yes, like more companies like Naked Harvests that are female oriented, that are all natural and you know, more gentle in the body. They very much were like, we love that
the industry is going this way. We want to see more of that, and so we are very excited to partner with a company who sees that as well and wants that as well. Like I think we've all got stuff we can work on it. We feel very, very grateful to be partnered with Elite and for them to see our vision and to be on board with it. This episode is brought to you by Naked Harvest Supplements, the natural supplement company I co founded with my brother.
This company was really brought to life because I have been using supplements for such a long time since the start of my fitness journey. But what I really struggled to find was all natural supplements without the crap, that were tailored to women's health and that actually tasted good. And that's how Naked Harvest Supplements was born. Our hero products are a natural pre work and our vegan Thrive Protein. Our natural pre workout is vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free,
and is a natural energy boost without the crash. This is your go to to enhance your workout and to get you in the mood to conquer your day. My favorite flavor is sweet Strawberry, which literally tastes like strawberry clouds, Oh my God. And tropical iced tea, which tastes like that lipped and iced tea drink. It is so refreshing. Our Thrive plant protein is also vegan gluten free, refined sugar free, and it is so smooth for a vegan protein.
I know our nhgang loves cooking with it or using it in that post workout smoothie, and so do I. My favorite flavor for the Thrive is definitely our newest pancake batter flavor. It is the real deal and tastes exactly like the name. If you want to enhance your performance and opm I your day, try Naked Harvest now. I've also got a special code for my Rise and Conquer podcast listeners. Just type in Rise and Conquer Podcasts out checkout to receive a sneaky discount that is Rise
and Conquer Podcasts and the end is spelt out. It is not the simple. I'll also pop the links in the show notes if you want to check that out.
But let's get back into the episode. So yeah, it's just like it's super surreal that Naked Harvest is now on shelves because I want, you know, that female who has just started her fitness journey and you know, has been working out and you know, eating healthy, and maybe she just wants some energy or maybe she wants some vegan protein or helps sleeping like, I want her to be able to go into a supplement store and not feel intimidated and see our products and go, oh, this
looks like, you know, something I would like to try, and feels welcomed by us. And obviously, you know, my vision would be for us to be in more stores and to you know, keep growing and whatnot. But yeah, I just I think it's so fitting that the day we announced our little partnership with Elite, it was International Women's Day and I was just reflecting on that and
it just makes me so happy. So in regards to it being International Women's Day this week and the theme being Choose to Challenge, like, I challenge you guys to think of an area in your life where you can call out gender bias or inequality, or you can celebrate someone's achievements and look to women who really uplift you.
And maybe it's just a comment on their page, or maybe it's a message, or maybe it's you know, in person, because you know, that's how we change things, that's how we keep moving forward and one hundred percent like there's always more we can do, but we can all start. And I think that's also another thing I just want to add on here. I know I always do these kind of pep talks. I get all riled up and like, you know, step into your power and no one is
you and all that sort of thing. But honestly, guys, like if there is some aspect of your life where you don't feel seen, where you don't feel welcomed as a female, as a woman, like I did, it's like challenge yourself to change that. You do. Not have to retreat and not be in that space, make space for yourself. Like, go, I'm getting into that like pep talk mode. Oh my goodness, what was I saying? Yeah, like challenge yourself to make steps towards feeling seen and make your own space. And
I think that's just like another thing. And I am gonna give myself a little pat on the back because if I if Georgie five years ago knew that, you know, Georgie now would create this supplement brand. And don't get me wrong, like we have a whole team behind me.
I'm not saying it's just me, but I'm saying, with the vision of making females feel seen and welcome in the fitness industry, and I really feel like we have acea and like our n H gang, like our community, Oh my god, guys, like like MYRN my RNC fan community is like you guys, my favorite you guys are the absolute best. But holy shit, guys, the n H
gang is Yeah, it's right there. Like I'm sure a lot of you guys are crossed over to but it's just I don't know, it makes me so so proud to be a part of this community, to be with you guys, and to continue to you know, create these conversations,
create this space for talking about these things. And yeah, like I guess like representing you guys in some way too, And yeah, so I just wanted to come on here, have a little rent, you know, challenge you guys to think about where you can call out bias and inequality and where you can you know, lift other women up because that support from other women, which is something I really do feel is so huge and it's so needed.
And yeah, and that's like another thing too, is like my favorite thing is like in the r n C Facebook group, like how everyone just gets around of each other, supports each other, Like in the NHH gain group, like we are all they are all so supportive and so lovely and yeah, just makes me so so proud and happy and yeah, so bit of a kind of random podcast,
but I'm just super proud. And also, guys, with our partnership with Elite SUPs, Like, if you see n H in one of the Elite sucks, snap a little picture, send it to me, because it really is as surreal feeling that we are at this stage and obviously we are nothing without you guys, and so yeah, that would just like put a little you know, skip in my step.
And obviously if you know you do purchase through Elite SUPs or their stores, we are so appreciative and that really supports us because you know, then we can keep that partnership and Elite we still want to work with us, which is always the goal. But yeah, just want to say a big, big thank you Happy International Women's Day Week because you will be listening to this on a Friday.
You guys inspire me, you guys motivate me. Like actually, anytime I'm sad or like feeling down, I will go into the Facebook group or into my DMS or the RNC dms and you know, just talking with this group and being a part of this community is it bloody
feels my heart but enough jibber jabbing. Just a short and sweet one today, And guys, like, like I was kind of saying, if you don't feel seen, if you feel there is a gap in the market, especially like you know, business wise, like create a space for yourself.
This could be anything, and even if it's not to do with business, but it's something else, like you know, I don't know if you're in a sport team and it's mostly male dominant and stuff like that, like make your own moves, create your own space, because you deserve to be there. We all deserve to feel seen and heard an equal. So yeah, thank you so much guys for listening. Love your heaps, and I'll chat to you in my next episode.
