You tuned in to Right Side Radio alright, you have found that it is the right Side Radio program here. We are recording this episode on Wednesday, February the twenty eighth, twenty twenty five. I'm your host, Jack Fairchild's and I do apologize as this show will probably be another one that's not going to quite reach an hour. As I mentioned on the Monday morning Coffee, I am as part of my new job as a reporter at the Laurel Leader Call. I'm also a part of the delivery team
that is having to deliver newspapers. Well, the original plan was I was going to just record a morning coffee before I left, get a morning coffee out tonight and
give you guys that and potentially record an episode tomorrow. Well, unfortunately, I just got the call from our delivery folks that are bringing the newspapers from to us from Macomb where they're printed, and he was just getting on the road and that was two hours away from here, which means we're going to have a very very late start on getting the getting the the papers delivered, which means I'm going to have another night where I will probably get
home after the sun has already risen. And I'm not looking forward to that, of course, but that's comes with the job. That's part of the territory. And as such, because I had extra time, I decided let's go ahead and record the flag because there's a very good chance that tomorrow I'm just not going to have the energy to record a full length episode, so it's smart to go ahead and get it out of the way, and
let's go ahead and get that thing recorded. Of course, if you've not already done so, remember to like and subscribe to the Right Side Radio program. We're on iTunes, iHeartRadio, Spotify, Spreaker, Amazon Music, and so many more. So make sure that you have liked and subscribed to the Right Side Radio program and please share our Facebook page if you're already subscribed to it, you can help us grow there. Follow us on x make sure that you are getting as
much engagement with the Right Side. And I do apologize to our ex listeners. I'm just not good with the platform yet and I know I can do more with it, but I just haven't. So but before we but let's us get into the news, folks, because there's a lot to talk about. One of the stories that I would have had last week had it not been have we
put out the show. There was a town here in my home state, Clarksdale, Mississippi, where the boards of Commissioners decided to sue the Clarksdale Press Register, and as a result, Chancery Judge Crystal wise Martin issued a restraining order against the Press Register last week. In connection with a February
eighth editorial titled Secrecy, Deception, a Road Public Trust. The piece criticized the city for not spending the new or not sending the newspaper notice about a meeting The city council held regard to a proposed tax on alcohol, marijuana and to Bacho Clark Still Mayor chuck Espie told the Associated Press when he was when when he asked commissioners to drop the lawsuit, which they dropped today, that it
was because the publisher offered to write a clarification. However, Emeric, the publisher said that offer was made before the live suit was even filed, and the judge ordered its removal, and he says it's now off the table. And that's what really kickstarted this whole thing is the fact that this judge, when she ordered the removal of the editorial from its website, she was trampling on the Constitution, was
trampling on First Amendment rights. The newspaper's owners had offered to clarify that the council said the lack of notification wasn't a deliberate attempt to hide the meeting, according to a text message he had sent to the city attorney. The text also offered to clarify that a sentence questioning whether there was a kickback from the community should have said, pushback.
Again.
This order that this judge, again, judged Crystal Wise Martin, her restraining order and ordering them to pull down the piece. It was met with nationwide criticism, as it should have been. Again, and this isn't because I'm back in the media. For the most part, I despised the media. I think that's why I'm perfect to work in It is because I'm somebody who despises what it's become. I can't stand what the media has turned into. But in this case, this
judge took it a step too far. Ordering the removal of the peace was a gross abuse of her power. And let's make no mistake, just because this lawsuit is being dropped, she still has to rescind the order so the peace can't go back online until this judge, who my personal opinion, should be removed from the bench because she clearly doesn't understand the United States Constitution. She's an embarrassment to the position. That's something that I think I
will take it that step further. I don't know that I've seen as many people say that. So again, it's crazy when we're sitting back and watching that this judge said that they had to remove it. White Emeric, the president of Emeric newspaper, says it's still very, very wrong. What they did, and it awakened the entire First Amendment community nationally, which is very encouraging. I'm really excited to see how all these people rallied around us to protect
our rights. Look, the media has to be protected, the media, for all its faults, for all its wards. We have to have certain levels of freedom and press. And if they were liable, then they can pay the price. But what the judge did in ordering the removal was a suppression of the media. It was depression of free press. Again, the editorial is an opinion too. If you're going to strip the rights of someone to write an opinion piece, then what's to stop you from taking my right away
from speaking into this microphone. What's to stop you from taking my boss Jim Sigelski's right away from writing his weekly column or so on down the line. There's a reason why, despite any disdain you might have for the media, you should equally be as outraged by this judge Crystal wise Martin, who clearly has no clue what she's doing. And I'm sorry if that's harsh or seems harsh to anyone,
because again, it's it's an embarrassment. It's an embarrassment and it needs to be rectified from her position on the bench, because, like I said, she proved to the people all around the country that she does not understand nor does she respect, the United States Constitution. I don't know much about her. I don't live in her area, but I know she's from Hines County, so I know that that means they're overwhelmingly Democrat there. So there's a very good chance that
she has more liberal leanings. You know, the liberals, the very liberals who claim that Donald Trump is the one who wants to trample over the constitutions, them who typically are the ones who actually try to trample over the Constitution. I found it interesting too that a lot of my liberal friends that I have on social media, I didn't see them voicing as much outrage about this as they do. Because Elon Musk wants federal employees to write down what
they did today at work. The fact that he has the audacity to ask them to justify their position, that's a problem. But a judge doesn't. A judge doesn't have that same bit of outrage for trampling on the First Amendment. It doesn't surprise me that's who the liberals are that's who they've always been. They're hypocrites and they know it. They always have been, they always will be. That's just who they are and who they are have always been.
They only want to take the side of issues that they think better their positions, not issues that are actually consistent with what they claim to be their positions. That's one of the things they don't want to talk about. They don't want to hit you with. So yes, when it comes to this judge, hopefully she did herself in and she will not be back in office. But who knows, because I just don't trust. I don't trust the people of Hines County to do the right thing when it
comes to comes to taking care of their business. Maybe I'm wrong for that, but I just have seen Hines County. It's the home of corruption in the state of Mississippi. I'm not saying other counties don't face corruption, But if you want to cheat in an election, if you want to do some of the worst possible things imaginable, you know you probably can learn how to do it right there in Hines County. That's my opinion of Hines County. And of course I've seen a thing or two in
my lifetime to help me formulate that opinion. We'll leave it at that for now. But that's where this story is now. For those of you who have been following it, who have been wanting to get an update, wanting to get my opinion on it, it's simple. It's wrong to remove the editorial piece. Was one hundred percent wrong in her actions, and I hope that she's not long for wearing that rope. We'll see though, more news and the other story that I didn't get to talk about last
week before we move into more national news. Although I do think both these stories are very national centric because they both have been picked up by national media. It might have been the same day, or maybe the next day or the day before. My days now run into one another when you're out all night delivering papers. But Lieutenant Governor Delbert Hoseman, as you know, someone I am very very critical of on this show. Delbert Hoseman and I are somebody who will never agree on policy because
the man is a Democrat. But Delbert Hoseman, while presiding over the Senate, he collapsed passed out. If you saw the video, it was a scary moment because, again, despite my dislike of Delbert Hoseman, politically, there's still a person there, so I don't want to wash ill on him. Even though I'm not a fan of his style of politics. I'm not a fan of the bully nature that he loves, to the way he carries himself. Everything about Delbert Hoseman.
Is bad.
And in this instance, this was a scary moment because Hoseman, when he went down, he went face first into the podium and then it looked like he hit his head on the side of a counter that's there. From my sources there at the Capitol, I was told that they rushed out the senators out of the chamber, all but a select few who were extremely loyal to Delbert. And then afterwards, of course, they reported that Delbert got up
and walked to his office on his own. But here's the thing that people that don't know anything about the State Capitol are Delbert can get to his office without ever coming outside from the Senate chamber, so nobody that wasn't still inside the Senate chamber could see him go to his office. So if he did need help, there's a reason why it would have been the most loyal of Delbert supporters to be the only ones left in the chamber, So that way they can push the narrative
that strong Delbert able to get up. Look, Delbert Housman's seventy seven years old. Seventy seven, he should never have run again for lieutenant governor. I've been harping on this issue. And again, this isn't about the fact that this is not to pick on Delbert. This isn't about Delbert politically, because if you've listened to me, I've said it about Mitch McConnell, up, said it about Nancy Pelosi. I've said it about Joe Biden. At some point, you have to
let go of the political game. At some point you have to be willing to step aside. Politicians rarely are able to do that. Hell, they're talking about Delbert Housman's gonna run for governor at the end of this term, so he's not planning on being done. And the official story they put out is that he passed out because he was dehydrated. I don't buy that. I mean, maybe he was, maybe he wasn't. Me personally, I'm not buying the dehydration story. I think there was something more wrong.
I think that one of his loyal lieutenants helped walk him out, walk him back to his office, and I think there's stuff they're not telling us now. He was back on the Senate floor the next day. He was able to do his job, and so far seems fine. But it does beg the question, why do we keep electing seventy seven year old people to these offices? Why do we elect the Delbert Housbands. Why do we elect the Mitch McConnell's, Why did we elect the Nancy Pelosis.
Why did we elect people like John McCain who had to die while they were in office. There are other examples that we can point to, but at some point, if your hell's going bad, if you've reached a certain age, you should step down from the office. It just makes sense. But they don't want to give up that power. They're addicted to the title. They're addicted to the perks that come with said title, so they don't want to give
that up. That's the reason why they won't. That's part of the reason why I've said multiple times on my program that I believe we need an age cap. Once you hit this age, you can't run for political office.
Again.
I don't know where the age will be. Do you put it at sixty five? Do you put it at seventy? Do you put it at seventy five? I don't know, but you need one because problems like what we saw last week, scary moments like that. Look, I understand an element, whether it's dehydration or heart attack, low blood sugar, whatever, that can happen to anyone at any age. I understand that, but it's a higher risk once you hit a certain age, once you get over seventy, it is a much higher risk.
That's the reality. That's not me being mean. I know there are people out there. Oh, you just don't like Delbert, so you're being mean. Let me be clear. This isn't about Delbert's politics at this time. That's why I said at the beginning, We're never going to agree on politics. But I don't want to wish anything ill to happen to them. I damn sure don't want to look up and get texted video from a in that may or may not be the final moments of the Lieutenant governor.
Because yes, it was broadcast on the internet. Now, I think a lot of the videos have been scrubbed, but it was still there and people saw it. And it was a scary moment. No matter what you think of Delbert Hoseman, it was a scary moment to see. But it was also something that should wake us up to the reality that we need to move away from electing senior citizens to these positions. We need to if they're not willing to step down on their own, we need to help them come to that decision with an age
cap We have to do something. Like I said, how many times has Mitch McConnell had an episode in recent years, whether it's the bizarre freezing up that he did or just a couple of weeks ago where he fell multiple times on the same day Nancy Pelosi showing up at the Capitol on a walker. This topic keeps coming up on this show because we keep getting hit over the head with new examples. Hoseman is just the latest example of us reelecting politicians who should be spending their elderly
years anywhere but in government. And if somebody served that long, And this is going to shock some of you, I don't think it's going to shock anybody who listens. Should you know where I stand on this, But if emi serves that long, you should inherently not trust them. Hoseman's been in state politics pretty much most of his life when he wasn't helping run abortion clinics. But he's been in state politics for How long do you have to
be there? And if you're still there, are you there for the better men of the state or are you there for the better men of delbor Hoseman? If you're still there, are you there for the betterment of the country, or are you there for the betterment of Mitch McConnell the betterment of Nancy Pelosi. There are other examples, for sure. These are just the ones that are most recent and
the ones that are most glaring at the moment. Thoughts in prayers and well wishes to all of the names that were just mentioned, But please stop running for office into your electorate. Stop being morons by electing these people over and over again, despite the fact they're horrible politicians. They've been there forever in a day, and they're not there for you. Maybe they started out going there for you, but they've long since moved past you because they're now
in their self serving phase. They don't have time to worry about serving for you. They're now trying to figure out what can they do next for themselves? What can they do next to better themselves. That's a real question, people, because we've got to start making these changes. And I understand if we put an age cap, maybe that keeps President Trump from running this time. But you know what else it did. It would have kept Joe Biden from
ever being president. Does it catch in everything? But at some point this country, again we put a limit on when you can when you're old enough to run for office. Why can't we have a cap too? Will you hit this magic number you can't run again. I'm not saying that you hit seventy five years old and you're in office, you have to resign. I'm saying once you hit seventy five, you're ineligible for running any longer. It would be a big help to everyone, the entire country if we could
do that. But politicians love their longevity and they're never going to give us an age cap. I know I'm talking into I know I'm talking to a brick wall when it comes to ever expecting the politicians to do anything to benefit us in any way, shape or form. But I can dream, right, I can dream. These are just the most recent examples of it. Well wishes to you, Delbert Houseman, despite your being a terrible politician. Well wishes to all of them. But don't run for any more offices.
Go spend time with those grandkids that you like to pull out for political aheads. Go spend time with them instead of just you know, using them as props whenever you want to try to get re elected or elected to a new position, whatever it is you're thinking of doing. That's where we need you at this point in your life. We don't need you serving. Sadly, most voters will probably forget about this and still vote for you because our
electorate just doesn't pay enough attention. But we need them to, We need them to start, and we need this to change really quickly. We're gonna pause right here for a quick commercial break, and we get back. This will probably be the home stretch of the radio show again. I'm got a long night ahead of me, but I want to wanted to get the flagship show out for you guys this week, and hopefully we can get things more of a groove as we continue to go on, and we can get back to giving you a full hour
long episode of Where you Know It. This is the right Side Radio Program. We'll be right back the Midnight Ride, the home of the anti establishment movement. This network features great programming such as Chris McDaniel's America, God and Country, The right Side Radio Show, Paul Revere's Liberty Layer, and many more coming soon. So check out the Midnight Ride today, head to the Midnight Ride dot com and check out all the amazing content. All right, guys, welcome back here
to the right Side Radio Program. Here we are in what will be the hum stretch of this week's episode, the final segment of the program today. It's crazy when you look at some of the things that are going on in this world and some of the news that the liberal media is losing its mind over the fact that we are watching liberals just get outraged over the fact that Doge and Elon musk or finding areas of
waste and trying to cut them. That's shocking to me, although it shouldn't be because when you think about it, it is very much in line with what Doge is supposed to be doing. But the left can't stand the idea of cutting money. They can't stand the idea of cutting spending. Just the other night, as I'm getting ready to load up the papers to take them on the long trek of delivery. The delivery driver that night he comes out and he just instantly starts off on a rent.
The first off is anti Doge, and second off, it's anti Trump. He doesn't know me, he doesn't understand that I'm a conservative talk show host who is pretty well versed in a lot of these manners. Well, he kept on, and he's, ah, you know all these people, you know they're going to you know, all these foreign children, they're gonna starve because we're not sending aid overseas. Looked at him and said, well, is that really our responsibility to take care of foreign kids?
Ah?
Right, right, right right?
Said okay, well, if you feel that strongly about it, donate more of your money to it. He didn't liked. Oh, no, oment government should take No, our government's responsibility is not to foreign kids. Yes, that's tragic, but we're already running out of money. We're already dangerously closed to driving off that financial cliff. And here you are, because your heart is bleeding a little too much.
You don't want.
To cut that because you want us to think about the children. You got to think about that's again, and that is always the crusp of a liberal. They always want to go to the emotional heartstrings because they know they don't have a strong argument, but they can go to these emotional places and they can hook you. There's a reason why younger people trend more to the left.
It's because the emotional aspect of it. They'll get that emotional plea, they'll get told this emotional gobbly goot and they fall for it because they're still young and naive and they have not yet understood this. Some of this stuff that they think sounds like a good idea is not free, and you're going to be the one expected
to pay for it. The other thing that this liberal livery driver who picked fight with the wrong person, unfortunately for him, the other thing that he decided to go out was, well, you know, Eli Musk is just gonna have all these people fired because he expects them to write down five things that they've done today and YadA, YadA, YadA. He's like, I'm proud of the ones who refused to
do it. Quite frankly, I looked at him and said, well, you know, I'm proud of him too, because those are the first ones who are gonna get fired and save some of my taxpayer money. I didn't like that answer either. Then he proceeds to huff and puff more. Oh, all you people who voted for Trump are gonna you're gonna regret it to you know, you're gonna see You're gonna see him like sort of like all you people who voted for Joe Biden. You saw how terrible he was
the last four years. Huh. He didn't want to comment on that. He tried to once again deflect. Didn't deny that Joe Biden had been terrible for the last four years. Didn't deny it, but he tried to deflect and just kept repeating his same sentiment. And I just finally had enough of Someboddy. You have no clue who you're talking to. That's when I told him who I was. And then I'm gonna talk radio show host and I'm very versed on these subjects. Oh you don't know what you're talking abouh blah blah.
Yeah I do.
And at this point, you're the one that's getting angry and belligerent, and I'm the one still looking at you with a smile on my face while I tell you you're wrong, and that pisces you off even more because again, you're used to being able to bully people into just dealing with you. Me, I'm not your huckleberry in that oh brawl, and you better bring something better than Yeah, you're gonna regret. Back up facts, bring up something more
than the emotional argument. That emotional gobbly goop. It works on kids. I'm a forty nine year old man. I ain't no kid anymore. You better bring something a little bit stronger than that there, because I can tell you from experience. I've taken on callers back in the trustor radio days that brought better arguments than anything you are trying to bring, and I handled them pretty well. I don't claim to be the smartest person in the room.
I don't claim to be on knowing, and I try to respect everyone and their opinions, even when they're different from mine. But what I want tolerate is when you're being disrespectful of me and thinks you're going to bully me into believing your position. That's never going to work. That was his biggest mistake, he thought, when I disagreed initially with that smile on my face, he took that
smile for weakness. He saw me grinted and thought, oh, I got a young guy who's unsure of himself, and despite fact, I have a lot more gray in my beard. I guarantee you he thought I was just some young punk, but I was quick to make sure he knew. Now, now you're dealing with somebody pretty well versed. You're dealing with somebody that understands exactly what we're looking at in this country. He understands that we're dealing with a situation. Well,
we have to get certain things under control. Your party doesn't want to do it. My party really doesn't want to do it. But I do believe that Trump does, and I do believe the deal I must does so I'm hoping. I'm hoping that through all of that we'll see some things actually get accomplished in Trump's second term. Those of you who listen and understand and know me know that I am very pessimistic, not because of any disbelief in Donald Trump, but I have a strong disbelief
in Congress. I also understand that all these executive orders that he is doing, while they are things I support, if they don't eventually become law, through Congress. They're just something the next president can write his own executive order and do away with as easy as he wants. So yeah, that's why I'm skeptical. That's why I have a hard time believing we'll see some of these. But when it
comes to this delivery driver, we'll call him Eddie. When Eddie thinks that he's going to come at me with weak, overly emotional positions like the children and other countries are going to starve, I'm sorry, Eddie, but you need to come at me with a stronger argument than that. That's weak sauce, my friend, overly emotional hogwash, those other countries with these alleged starving children. And when I say alleged, yes, before you say, oh, you're saying that there aren't any
starving children in other countries. No, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying his scenario is alleged. But in these other countries, how about they try to figure out a way to take care of their own how about they try to figure out a way to stop having inept, corrupt governments. It is not the job of the United States of America to babysit the rest of the world. Can we lend a hand when there's a time of need, Sure, but do we need to constantly bail them out every time?
Every chance we get that? I don't that. I don't buy.
That.
I don't buy at all. But we'll see, you know how things play out over the next couple of months and years. And I'm sure in the as long as he is one of our delivery drivers that Eddie and I will have more interesting conversations as the times go on. I look forward to him, but he's got my request. I doubt he's listening. But if he is, come a little bit stronger next time, I'm waiting for a more compelling fight than Oh, they're just gonna make these little
kids in other parts of the world starve. Be better, Eddie, or don't be and just understand that I'm not pure least I am. I got caught up to the majors years ago. So that may sound arrogant to some of you, but I'm sorry. Every now and then, you just got to speak the truth. More news before I sign off for the evening, there was a big shake up over at MSNBC, where Joy Reid was officially fired. Her show
was bleeding ratings and alarming raid. But of course it didn't take any time for folks to scream racism and sexism and ignore the fact that Joy Reid said some pre racist stuff herself. But of course those on the left believed that if you are of a black person, you cannot be racist, even though you can be. She has been canceled, removed from the network, and I think
that's a good thing. But the main thing that annoyed me was I saw several folks who claim to be conservative on Facebook after Oh, we shouldn't be taking joy in her missile this look. I don't want somebody to be out of work, but trust me, this is an individual that we'll find somewhere to land, because people like that always do. We're not talking about a guy that got laid off at the factory. We're talking about a TV personality who said stupid, annoyingly, alarmingly racist content who
got fired. So if you want to go out there and virtue signal that, oh, we should poke our chest out and we should take pride in the fact that she lost her job, stop, you're not fooling anyone. You are a fake phony who wants to try to guilt people because they're happy that a terrible commentator was removed from the air. I see nothing wrong with somebody taking joy in seeing when a liberal commentator is removed from
the airwaves because their ratings were abysmal. For one, it tells us nobody wants to hear that point of view. That's why they were removed. If there were people out there lining up to listen to joy read, she'd still be on the air saying completely stupid stuff. But the audience wasn't there. So that is something that we should celebrate. But by all means, make sure you pat yourself on the back, poke your chest out, and pretend that you're a better person than those who wanted to celebrate the
fact that she is out of work. Does that make you feel superior in some way? Does that make you feel like a better person in some way? In my opinion, it just makes you look like a fool, and a phony fool at that. And quite frankly, I'm tired of all these virtual signaling idiots out there who anytime they see something that they think they can lecture you about, they can shame you about, they're going to jump on it. You know what I say about those type of people.
To hell with them. The hell with them, because they don't really care about you. They don't even care that you're celebrating this. They just want to stick their nose high up in the air and make sure you know that they are superior to you in every way and a better class a citizen than you'll ever be. That's all they're doing when they put out those social media posts like that, And you should understand that because I know what they're doing. They down keep know what they're doing,
and they probably celebrate it to a reads firing as well. Guys, this has been the right Side Radio program. They thank you so much for listening again. Hopefully we'll be getting back to our long episodes real soon, or maybe we'll pick a different day of the week in which we'll record Sundays looking free promising. But for now, this is what you get this week. This has been the Right Side. We'll see you again real.
