Because, of course, there's some stories I want to hit on tonight, and I think one of the biggest ones is the fact that Facebook announced that they are doing away with the fact checkers. That's right. The days of Facebook coming behind you and correcting you because you posted something that was clearly a joke and you then having to deal with being fact checked are coming to an end. Mark Zuckerberg made that announcement yesterday, and of course without almost as on Q,

the left starts to lose their collective minds. Everyone from Morning Joe on down the line think that Meta's move, Facebook's move to restore free speech is a bad thing. It's crazy when we think about this, and it's crazy for sure because here we are watching somebody come up an air on the side of allowing free speech to prevail and the liberals, because again, the liberals don't believe in your rights unless they suit them. They want to

edit any dissenting voice. They're not champions of free speech. They're champions of say what we believe, or you're a danger, and that's the problem. There was a new video in which Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that the company would adopt standards and restore free speech protections across Facebook, Instagram,

and Meta platforms. Meta will also end its third party fact checking program, introduce a community nodes system, and focus on removing criminal and fraudulent material guidelines that many folks were asking for a while back. Of course, this is a win for those of us who believe in free speech. Maybe Facebook will stop down throttling conservative content. That may or may not happen, but we know that that was

happening for a long time. It's happened to the right side, it's happened to the Midnight Ride, it's happened to Chris McDaniel, it's happened to multiple conservatives for years. So maybe we're going to get away from some of that. But as you can predict, this news was not greeted warmly by the liberals out there, because the liberals are not fans of any speech that does not agree with what they want to say. The liberals believe that they should be

able to control the narrative at all cost. We've known that for quite some time. We've been telling you that for quite some time. However, there's so many people out there that don't want to believe that the left is capable of being so evil that they want to correct your thought. But they always have been and they always will be, and it's a good thing for them to get away from this ridiculous nature because again, the fact checkers,

nine times out of ten weren't even correct. They would correct you on something that you knew was factual, or, as I stated before, they would correct you on a meme that was a clear joke. But again, we know that the left leaning and anti Trump voices are not happy about this because MSNBC analyst and Bullwark podcast host Tim Miller, he couldn't wait to jump on eggs and write, why doesn't Zuck have any balls? Isn't the point of

being a billionaire? You don't have to be the punching bag for tech journalists and aspiring autocrats it's funny that that's the way how he says it. But basically he doesn't have any balls in your mind because he won't stand up tech to tech journalists. But he's standing up to you because you who hate free speech don't like this decision. CNF. CNN Chief media analyst Brian Stilter said that Meta was trying to appeal to the Trump administration

with its Magna friendly changes. Says Mark Zuckerberg's Magna makeover will reshape the entire internet, he called he was calling censorship concerns on these platforms right wing talking points. Doing the way with the fact checkers is incredibly dangerous. This was written by that brilliant brain trust of Jamil Hill, you know, the one that got kicked off of ESPN for being too radically insane of a liberal, The same ESPN that is known to push every liberal ideology it

can come up with. But that's Jamil Hill again. She's also somebody who only see things through a prism of race. She says, just because you say it doesn't make it true. So if I said Donald Trump was hatched from a rhinosaurus and a martian created some graphic and headlines and presented it as a fact. That's cool. Well, basically, most people with a brain Jamil would know that that is nonsense, similar to the fact that we were being fact checked

for sharing memes. But again, I don't expect to see intelligent thought coming from Jamil Hill because she's again a preposterously ignorant individual, and that's the example that she wants to choose. Is just insane. But this, this is who the left are. This is who the left are. A progressive media outlet, the Tennessee Holler. They posted in what

looks almost like a hostage video. Zuckerberg bends the need to Trump entirely, doing away with Facebook fact checkers and moving the process to Texas under the guise of protecting free expression. Again, these people are only mad because the other side is going to get to have their voice said without having false fact checkers. Who who was appointing the fact checkers in the first place? I know for a fact I saw fact checkers pop up on posts of friends of mine, on some of my own posts

where the fact checker was one hundred percent inaccurate. So is it better for you to have fact checkers that can give us false fact checks? Is that your idea, idea of a great system. Of course, one of the fact checkers, Ing Holleran Holland, director of International Fact Checking Network and former editor in chief of PolitiFact, also criticized Zuckerberg seeing the fact checkers used by Meta follow a

code of principles requiring nonpartisanship and transparency. That's one hundred percent false because we saw multiple times that they were only fact checking conservative content. We weren't seeing the left get fact checked. So you can cope with your lie that you were doing this in a nonpartisan manner. There was no code of principles. I'm not buying that nonsense. I'm sorry, but you lost me right there, because we

saw with our own eyes. That's the reason why the nickname fakebook started to trend, because we were being fact checked over ridiculous things. I have an entire morning Coffee several months ago about being fact checked over a meme. It was ridiculous, of course, because that's where we are. But of course Morning Joe host the Insufferable Joe Scarborough.

On Wednesday, he lambasted Meta CEO Marcus Zuckerberg for his decision to cancel the third party fact checking on his platforms and of course he wants to go straight after and attack Zuckerberg as someone who is just trying to kiss the ring of Donald Trump. He said that Zuckerberg's total and absolutely collapse on all fronts in that horrific

video that he put out yesterday. That actually is something that may more dramatically change the landscape of American politics at least over the next two to four years, until somebody else gets in control and Mark Zuckerberg decides yes, yes, sir overlord, I will do what you want me to do. That is the statement from Scarborough. He said the most important part of Trump's press conference was what he said about Meta. Trump on Tuesday called Zuckerberg very impressive and

said his company had come a long way. Scarborough said that those comments may have been the biggest impact on American politics moving forward. It's insane to watch the left meltdown. Remember Meta put this ridiculous fact checking program in place shortly after the twenty sixteen US presidential election. The company used ABC News, AP, PolitiFact, Snopes, andfactcheck dot org to flag content on its platform, and posts that were deemed

unreliable were pushed further down in Facebook's news feed. Users were also worn before sharing flag content that they were posting disputed stories. Again, when you look at the folks that they were using, the fact check, ABC News not necessarily an unbiased news agency, even though they try to claim that they are the associated Press. Yeah again, CEABC News, and you have the same thing with the ap Flitifact, Snopes, FactCheck dot Org. All skew left, all of them skewed left.

This was never about fact checking anything. This was about controlling the narrative. And that's why the left is so outraged. They're outraged now because my voice might get heard by more people. Now. Your voice might get heard by more people now because Facebook is not participating in these draconian measures. They love to throw out the term fascist all the time. They love to attack conservatives, Donald Trump, whoever they want

is fascist. Yet they're the real fascist. And you see it right here, and you see it when they start to act the way that they are. It's crazy that this is the reaction, But at the same time, it's not surprising. The second I saw it, I said, oh, oh, there's going to be a liberal miltdown. I hope that this is something that Zuckerberg sticks with. Facebook doesn't need the constant fact checkers that are annoying you with some of the ridiculous things they decide they need to fact check.

They also don't need to be issuing warnings to people for posting random nonsense. My advice to everyone is the same as it's always been. Research everything. If I say it, research it. If someone else says it, research it, find the facts, draw your own conclusions. We don't need these moronic fact checkers. Now maybe you think we do because the left uses as stupid. They think that they need somebody to hold our hands. But there's so many things that we were told were factual and got fact checked

that have since been proven to be wrong. How many people got fact checked when they shared information about the Hunter Biden laptop. How many times did Facebook fact checker slap somebody for sharing links talking about the Hunter Biden laptop, only to find out down the road that that was actually accurate. It's crazy. Again. This is why you can't trust the American media anymore, because they're the very one screaming about this and wanting to try to curb brief

speech at every pass that they can. It's insulting, it's annoying, and it's fundamentally dishonest for them to go down this path the way that they are and try to pretend that they are somehow, in some way on the right side of this issue. They're not on the right side of this issue. They're on the side of suppressing voices. And the only reason they want to suppress those voices is because they want to ensure that the only narrative that gets out is their narrative. And again, enough is enough.

Mark Zuckerberg is doing the right thing. Whether it came because Donald Trump pushed him, whether it came because Elon Musk pushed him in that direction, I don't care. It's the right move. When one side of the equation is the only one that was ever being fact checked, when one side of the equation was the only one that was getting these shadow bands, then I hate to tell you this liberal media that was the problem. And if that's going the way, this is a good thing. People.

All right, guys, welcome back here to the Right Side Radio program and what will be the home stretch of the radio show, the final segment of the program today, as this one is going to be a shorter program today. Look, I filled in for Chris yesterday and I'm tired, so you're gonna get a little bit shorter episode this week. But I

think it's going to be still a good one. And this next story is one that particularly angers me because Joe Biden decided to award the Presidential Citizens Medal in a ceremony at the White House last Thursday to former Representative Liz Cheney in the embarrassment of Mississippi Representative Benny Thompson, The medal is the second highest civilian award in the United States, only behind the Presidential Medal of Freedom. I can tell you this, Many Thompson deserves no such award.

Many Thompson has been an embarrassment to this state for as long as he's been in DC, and to give him and Liz Cheney this award simply because they served on that January sixth House committee, a House committee that the files mysteriously disappeared from that was nothing more than a witch hunt in the first place, and Joe Biden wants to honor them for that. It's insane, but it's predictable because this is who Joe Biden has been his

entire time in office. This is the same Bennie Thompson that had a staffer now a former staffer, but only because the public found out, but had a staffer at one time that was critical of the would be Trump assassin because he didn't have better aim that Many Thompson. I'm sorry, but this is insulting to the American public. This is insulting to the state of Mississippi. Many Thompson is only still in office because he's in a Gerrymander district.

He is a racist. Oh. I know, we're not supposed to say that some that a black person is racist, but they can be, and he is. He sees things through a prism of black versus white. That's the way he's been since he's been there, and quite frankly, to see him get this type of award is downright insulting because he doesn't deserve it. Liz Cheney doesn't deserve it. They both are disgraces and they do not deserve this

type of praise. But of course there's more, because Joe Biden has confirmed he is weighing given Liz Cheney Anthony Fauci preemptive pardons. He wants to give them these preemptive pardons to make sure that they can't have anything happen to them in the event of Trump coming in and trying to go after them, or whatever the case. Of of course, one person has already said if he was offered a preempti pardon, he would accept it, and of course that is the embarrassment of the state of Mississippi.

Benny Thompson. He did say that if he was offered one, he would accept it. Of course he would. It's crazy receiving a preemptive pardon, to me, indicates an admission of guilt. That's why how I view it, because why do you need a preemptive pardon Unless you're guilty of something, you don't get pardoned again. That's that's why how I view it anyway. But it's the looney Left and again, this

is how they constantly operate, time and time again. I don't know why I still get surprised sometimes by some of this type of stuff, but it does surprise me. Joe Biden has been a busy man. Of course, He's put in further restrictions on offshore drilling. He is working on potential bands to other items and cause more problems for President Trump before he ever takes office. Some of these moves definitely reek of someone that is bitter about

losing the election. Yes, I know, he wasn't on the ticket. Yes I know. Joe Biden has said that if he had stayed on the ticket, he would have won. No, he wouldn't have one. I don't even think he believes that, but maybe he does. But in essence, he did lose because when he dropped out, it was his running mate that took over and she lost. She lost for two reasons. She lost because she was a terrible candidate, and she

lost because of Joe Biden's legacy. There's a pall that came out where a majority of Americans say that Joe Biden's presidency his legacy will be viewed as poor to average. He can hope and pray for average. I think it's going to be poor. So, yes, Joe Biden his presidency was a failure. Yes, it's fair to say that Joe Biden lost this election. And yes, I think a lot of the actions we're seeing right now or a bitterness

on behalf of the Democrats now. To be fair to Joe Biden, I don't think he knows half of what he's signing right now, because I don't even know he's one hundred percent confident that he's not going to be president in a few weeks. But he's going crazy with these executive orders. We can only hope that they are easily reversed once Donald Trump takes office. We don't know that for sure, but this is what we're facing off against when it comes to battling Donald Trump here or

battling Joe Biden. These are the battles Donald Trump is going to be facing when he takes office, or these less minute gifts that Joe Biden's leaving him, these terrible executive orders switching gear before we get off, because again, every now and then I like to talk about how insane and out of touch the people of Hollywood are. There's a Hollywood actor by the name of John Cryer.

You might know John Cryer. For those of us who are children of the eighties, we're familiar with him as the loser character, the dorky characters that he would play, most notably the character of Ducky in the movie Pretty in Pink. Of course, he would later go on to star opposite Charlie Sheen in The Family Affair two and a half men, that sitcom that was very, very raunchy. Of course, he decided that he knows why Kamla Harris

lost the election. He was talking with Bill Maher and during his interview he referred to himself as somewhat stupidly woke. So at least he can view that being woke is stupid, he said. He said. The reason that Haris lost, he said, they hate inflation, they hate riots, and they hate black women, and they hate trans people. No Ducky, that's not hit at all. Yes, first part of first two parts are true. We do hate inflation, we do hate riots. Those are

things that we hate and we should hate those. But no, we don't hate black women. We don't even hate trans people. We just don't think they shoul should be allowed to be treated the same as a woman because they're not a woman. More. Of course, to his credit, he shot back and said they don't hate black people, or they don't hate black women, but Ducky decided to cut him off, claiming that Republicans spent millions of dollars dehumanizing trans people

and that's crazy when you sit here and see. But again, John Cryer is another one of those Hollywood elite who is so far removed from reality. But he's going to sit back and lecture us about why we wanted to vote the way we wanted to vote. He's going to sit back and lecture us. But it's insane because there's

no fact to it. You know, there's a black female Conservative by the name of Candice Owen that a lot of these people that voted against Kamala Harris think the world of I never once saw John Cryer step up and defend Condaleza Rice during her time in the spotlight. Never once did I see him step up and de fid did he hate black women then? And now he's become stupidly woke, So he doesn't hate black women. He could just stop by saying he's just stupid. He doesn't

have to say he stupidly woke. He can just say I'm stupid, because he is the insanity there. He of course he didn't stop there because he defended allowing children to become transgender. And get this, people, this is the

brain trust of a Hollywood elite actor. John Ducky cryer by comparing the phenomenon to people who are left handed, arguing that one society stopped forcing left handed people to write with the right hands, left handedness shot up naturally, suggesting that's the way it's supposed to be for transgender children. He just compared transgender to mean left handed. It's not remotely the same thing. I mean, it's not even close to the same thing. Ducky, this type of insanity that

you want to sit here and speak up, it's insane. Hm, that's a uh, let's talk about this for a second, because again, if you're a child. You're not allowed to vote, you're not allowed to drink, you're not allowed to drive a car, you're not allowed to get a credit card. Your decisions are pretty much handled by your parents. But Ducky thinks that they are mature enough to decide at a very young age and whether or not they want

to go down this transgendered lifestyle. They're not, and people like you are the sickos that want to exploit them. It's people like you that are the true problem here, because you're the ones that are trying to dictate your beliefs upon them. I don't know if Ducky has any kids, but I pray he doesn't because I fear that they would be pumped full of nothing but idiotic propaganda that

he has bought into. This is a guy that started on a show two and a half men, a show that objectified women, and yet he's going to sit around and lecture us about how we should handle children and transgendered issues. It's crazy, it's insane. More to his credit, he did not agree with John Cryer. He pushed back on this ridiculous notion. But this is the thing. I mean, the guy is on one step. He's telling us that if you voted for Donald Trump, it's because you hate

black women. And then on the other voice, he's trying to claim or trying to equate being transgendered is just the same thing as being born left handed. It's not. And it's these type of absurdities that the left is constantly allowed to get away with. It's these type of absurdities that were constantly having to put up with from the American left. There's a reason why yesterday when we were recording Chris McDaniels America, Jim actually said the left

is insane. We've seen it time and time again, and they love to further display that they are in fact insane. This out of touch Hollywood elitist who's best known for playing the guy that couldn't get the girl in Pretty in Pink. That's who John Cryer is. Anytime I see him, all I see is ducky anyway, And I hate to tell you this, I don't give a damn what Ducky thinks. Most Americans don't either. We'll just talk about it and laugh about it because it's such a ridiculous state min

it's not based anywhere. In fact, it's a delusion created in his own mind, guys has been the right Side Radio Program. Thank you guys so much for listening.
