Liberals be warned your viewpoints will be subjected to strike scrutiny. You're listening to Right Side Radio. It feels like click. My eyes have been blown wild in this present crisis. Government is not the solution to our problem. Government is the problem. The nine most terrifying words in the English language are I'm from the government and I'm here to help you. Tuned in to right Side Radio. All right, guys, you have found it. It is the

right Side Radio program. Here we are coming to you on another day, this one being recorded February of the seventh, twenty twenty four. I still can't get used to saying twenty twenty four. It just does you know, a whole year you're saying one number and then you have to change It still seems awkward. But of course I'm not alone tonight. I am joined with a good friend of mine. Guests that we've been teasing for a couple of weeks. Now that we've got Jim Skielski, owner of the Laurel Leader,

called the former host of The Buck Naked Truth. As I'm sure you've heard me, lobby hopefully the future host of The Bucknaked Truth as well. How are you Jim, I'm good, Jack, it's good. I'm glad to be back on your show. It's been a minute, and this is the first time we've gotten to sit down and do the show live. I've done your show live. Every time you've been on before, it's had to be

via the phone line. But yeah, and I enjoyed being face to face with you, and I think it comes across better when we were sitting down together. Absolutely, you know, it's and it's neat to be back at the old Buck Naked Truth studio. Although it doesn't look like the older No it does not. We're we're in the middle. I wanted to do it up here actually because I wanted to see that we were actually making progress on the new studio. Well, with that said, you know, I think

we've got a teaser I want to play again. We've I've read your columns. The folks know what we're talking about. But I put together from your cartoon ad, I put together this little quick spot for a teaser. So let's let's play this for the listeners real quick. That was since I won my countrymen, another British are coming and we won the war for independence. I feel like I can finally sit back, relax and enjoy some of our

hard fought freedoms. What the that's weekend? Looks like It's time for another midnight Ride, The Midnight Ride coming soon. Subscribe today at the Midnight Ride dot com. So there, there you have it, guys, Jim is here to talk with us today about the Midnight Ride. Yeah, and that that audio needs a little bit of explaining that that's that was Paul Revere in

his lair. He is back as a superhero and uh, he he ends up pulling the blinds on his window and he sees Black Lives Manner and Tifa and Joe Biden, and he spits his coffee out and he he launches into his red mustang. Uh, red, red, black and blue Mustang and then peels out. That is the commercial for the first episode of The Midnight Riders, which we're very proud of. Were re Cooley and I are my

partner in this venture. Is Uh. We've been working on the script for this cartoon for quite some time and we've put we've put together for many episodes that will be released before July. We're hoping to have the first episode out by our launch in March, but animation takes a long time. It does, it does, but that's just a it's a small part of the Midnight

Ride uh website that we're putting together. I know you've been talking about Jack and we sure, I'm sure do appreciate it, but it's a it's exciting if it's going to bring together a bunch of different formats, all leading conservative entertainment, and you and Chris McDaniel will be part of it, obviously, absolutely, and we're excited about that, Jim. One of the cool things that Again, if you want to see the ad, and I encourage you

to because the audio doesn't do a justice. I agree with that. But if you want to see the ad, you can go to the Midnight Ride dot com. The ads there as well as another cartoon that you wrote yourself. Correct, Yeah, Epstein Island. It's a it's a Gilgan's Island parody. I was. I was laying in bed one morning, two o'clock in the morning, and then this parody song popped in my head and I finally

decided I better get out of bed and write this thing down. So I wrote it down, took it to read uh who who, then turned around and took it to our cartoonist and we turned that thing around in a week and a half. That was a timely thing that we just put out before we even launched our our company. So that's all you can see. Find that on the website too. It's it's w w W Dubleman dub Midnight Ride dot com and the Paul Revere commercial as well as the Epstein Island cartoon are

both on there. So take a look at those and while you're there, sign up, but subscribe because we have a lot of cool stuff coming down the pipe. And note that you guys are in the process. Is March still the target day to start launching things. We are planning on launching in March. This studio should be ready in a week or two, and we fully expect you and Chris to get in here and start pumping out some shows for us so we can launch the podcast in March. I'm bringing back Jim

Walking. We certainly can launch that in March. Like I said, we're hoping to have a first episode of the Midnight Riders out by March. It might not make it, it's you know that's gonna happen. As it happens. Those cartoons one thing I can assure you though. Those cartoons are going to be awesome. I've been staying up late with Reid. We've been working on these cartoons for since last August actually, so there's some good content there,

not children. This is the one thing that the commercial might mislead people a little bit because you can't tell that it's going to be actually an adult oriented cartoon. It's not going to be for children, more of an adult swim type of feel to it, maybe a South Park type of US south

Park feel to it. We really, we really attack some of the left wing things that are happening in this country right now, and it's by design because it's always an attack against conservatives, and the left wing provides us with so much fodder for comedy, but no one really takes advantage of it. And it's one of the reasons we start at the Midnight Ride, to be

honest with you, because we're losing the culture war. And one of the one of the most important things that people don't seem to understand is you went into culture war through comedy. You know. I grew up watching the late night shows and David Letterman and Saturday Live all that kind of stuff, and

even back then it was kind of geared to the left wing. It was a lot more center back then, but now it's all left wing, and when you're eighteen to thirty five, that's you know, a lot of what you're learning is coming from those type of shows, and there's really nothing on the right that actually counters any of that. Yeah. I think the closest thing you have, and you can't necessarily call it the right because they make

fun of everybody, would be south Park because they attack both sides. Right, But again, that's not satisfying the need because that's making fun of Everyone needs something that is targeted, especially with the absurdities now of the left, because I mean, we're living in a time where they can't truly tell us what a woman is, and that's the absurdity. Yeah, and if you can't make fun of that, you're just you're not doing your job as a

comedian. Honestly. I in my column that you read on on your show, there was a study done and last year, when the Democrats were providing so much fodder for comedy, eighty one percent of the jokes were directed towards conservatives, which is insane if you think about it when you think about you have the Squad and Joe Biden himself, and Kamala Harris and my goodness, to go down the line, almost every Democrat is worthy of making fun of

because they're so out there, they're so ridiculous, they're so anti American. Yet they're making fun of the people who love the country, which is really insane. So you know that's I don't certainly I don't want this to sound insulting to you, Jack, because you know I don't mean it this way. But the reason that I decided to concentrate on this as opposed to the Buck Naked Truth was because you know, we're preaching to the We're preaching to

the choir with the with these shows, even this show tonight. You know, the people that are going to be listening to us already believe in the same things we believe in. And there's a place for these shows, absolutely, But hope, hopefully the Midnight Ride will drive some kids to the website that will end up listening to Chris McDaniels America and really start to actually think

about their political views, and maybe we could actually change some minds. As opposed to preaching to the choir absolutely, and you're you're no offense taken because one hundred percent agree with it. Because that is something that does weigh on you at times. You look at things and you go, well, you

know, am I am I reaching anyone? The reason I maintained the Right Side, the reason why I encourage you to bring back the buck Nacke and truth at some point, is because it gives me an outlet, even if even if it ends up being in an eco chamber, it's still I get things off my chest. But you're right, we're not extending things further. And by having a Midnight Ride, By having that, like you said, they come for the Midnight Riders cartoon, then they go and watch Chris McDaniel's

America. Then they go and listen to the Right Side radio program. They go and find this other content and maybe through having a tool like the Midnight Ride, the Right Side grows, Chris's news show grows, and we start

to see I think it may have been Jim. The first time I did the Buccanagod trip with you guys, if you recall I told you that I was so excited about y'all doing it because I envisioned a Conservative Talk Network, something that we can put out there that counters some of the others, especially the ones can claim to be conservative but they aren't. We needed something to counter that, and we're getting there. I was in on that vision with the Jack, I really was, and I believed in that vision. But

I think what turned me around was the last elections. I got very, very, just kind of disgusted with the whole process. The fact that Chris

McDaniel lost to Delbert Hoseman just was so disappointing to me. I mean, I almost went into a morning process and I just I couldn't understand when there was you know, quite a few of us out there talking about this race every single week and pointing out the fact, you know, Delbert Huseman nothing but a liberal, you know, somebody that sat on the board of an abortion clinic, for crying out loud, and we still can't get like one

of the greatest conservatives in not just Mississippi in America elected to the lieutenant governor's office. It was mind boggling to me. And you know, I remember my column. I'm sixty years old now and I don't want to spin my wheels doing something. I mean, I do think there's a good place for places like the Bucknaked Truth in the Right Side Radio. I think there is

comfort in knowing that there's people believe what you believe. But I wanted to try to make a bigger difference before I pass, for my kid's sake and my grandchildren's sake. And hey, this might not work, it might work, but I wanted to give it a shot. I'm excited about it because, like I said, I think this is the key to getting folks to discover conservative talk who wouldn't have given us another thought. And I get, like, you're right, because I remember from my youth, comedy is what

drew me into so many things. I mean, we can all go back to remembering whether it was a Steve Martin comedy album that you got, or a friend of your scot or when you were finally able to discover George Carr,

or whatever the case. And some of these guys got into political side, not always on the side that we got, but how many folks did we know that we grew up with that they became more leftists, but because of the entertainment they were taking in, not necessarily because they were actually following the politics but because the entertainment that they took and I think that that is a huge, huge thing that getting this off the ground, because again,

when you and I didn't really get a chance to or you didn't lay out your vision until what three weeks ago, four weeks ago, it might have been a month ago. Now, well when you and I talked privately, yeah it was probably a month ago. But yeah, listen, we had a read and I had a phone call today, a conference call with the people from Freedom Fest. I don't know if you know what Freedom Fest is, but it's a convention of patriot minded people that convene in Las Vegas and

important people. But they called us and they want us to, uh, they want to show our cartoon out there to their main audience. They want us to come talk. And their main point was there's nothing like this out there, and that's the reason that we're doing it is because there was nothing. There is nothing out there. We're hoping to get Chris McDaniel to go with us, by the way, but it's we're really filling a gap here

that needed to be filled, and I'm excited about it. I think it's I think I think the whole concept is going to take people by storm because there's there's nothing to compare to it. Now, you mentioned, and I know local listeners will know exactly what it is, but you mentioned Jim walking. Tell tell our more state, wider, national listeners what to expect with Jim Walking. Yeah, Jim Walking is something that actually, UH did quite a few years ago now. I started it. It was It was a

series I did for about a year. I'd go out on the street and just ask people the most ridiculous questions you've ever heard in your life and ask them with a straight face and let them answer it. And you'd just be amazed at the answers that people gave on these questions. It was pretty popular at the time. Now, we didn't push it out like we're going to push it out nationally. It was more of a local show. But it was pretty popular to this day, and I don't remember that. I think

it's been five years since I did the last episode. I still at people come up to me and say, are you the gym walking guy? Which is crazy, But it's a pretty entertaining, funny show, and I think it's going to do pretty well as well. What's crazy Jim is when I tell folks that I'm coming and recording with you, or that I'm coming by the leader call oh, he used to do the gym walking? When is

he gonna bring that back? So I know locally there's gonna be a lot of people excited about it, but I think nationally this is gonna be something that's going to hit for folks because it's amazing how unknowledgeable so many people on the street are. Yeah, I have I have this weird talent of writing ridiculous questions that sound normal. I don't. I don't know how to explain

it. You'd have to watch an old gym want. You can actually still find some of the old gym walking episodes on YouTube if you search hard enough. They're not easy to find, but you can find them. But the talent that I have that makes gym walking work, it's is twofold, writing ridiculous questions that sound like they're regular questions and keeping a straight face while they

while the people give their answer. And honestly, I'm not out. I mean, I take I took some criticism because people think I'm making fun of people, but I'm really not. I had I had a lot of fun talking to those people out there, and and uh and uh, you know, I really like all the people that I interviewed out on the streets.

And it turns into a kind of a party thing because you know, a couple episodes, I was out there tworking with people, and if you want to see an old white guy twerk, you can go back and watch them old gym walking episodes. And now now I've got to find those. But I think that's the type of content that we need. And that's the other thing. It's okay to make fun of ourselves. It's okay to laugh at ourselves. Hey, I make fun of myself more than I make fun of

anybody else. I promise you. That's and that's the way you have to be. You know, if you're gonna, if you're gonna take shots at people, you should be willing to accept them when they come back your way,

or even volunteer them in some cases. That's the reason why I like, when I'm recording this show, if I start to mess up or I have it, I just embrace it, because every now and then I'll be reading a story and there's this name or this word and it just locks up, and I'm like, all right, I'm not going to finish that one,

guys. I'm I'm gonna move over that name. Uh. That happens quite regularly, and it's I think that people enjoy when they see somebody being a little bit more human, not necessarily just being the same polished person every time. Uh, you know, besides Chris's show, besides the right side coming over onto the to the website, Well, they'll just skip by Chris's and your show because that's a big, big deal. That's we're gonna come back. That's our flagship show. And before we move on, and I

should have we should have opened the show with this. I want to offer my condolences to Chris and Jill and their family. Jill lost her father and I just want to pass my condolences on before we move on. Absolutely, And I was gonna bring that up because Robert told us Jill's dad was He was a good friend of mine. The first time Chris ran for the state Senate, when we were going door to door, I was with Robert. So I got to ride around all of Jones County with Robert trying to get

Chris elected to that state Senate seat. And through that developed a true friendship with Robert. Robert was one of those people that after I lost my dad last year, even though he had just gotten out of the hospital with a prame surgery, he made a point to call and check on me, and

that still meant the world to me. So Huntred percent agree thoughts and prayers to Chris, Jill Cambridge and Chamberlain, you know, because I know I know this is very difficult time for them for sure, and I'm glad you brought that up. Then. I'm sorry I interrupted the show, Jack,

but I felt bad we didn't bring that up in the first part. So well, before we get back to the website, I'm going to bring something up that I was going to say to the end of the show, and that's because I think this first time I've recorded with you since I lost my dad, and I want to share something with you on that front too, because you guys here at the Leader Call made sure that you y'all sent flowers

to the funeral. When I got to the funeral home that morning, my mother came straight to me and said, you know, the folks at the paper there, they they sent flowers that meant the world to my mother. And in addition, to that, Jim, along with Kelvin Dogg Smith, Gerald Wade, Don Hartness and I think y'all had Ryan Walters on one time too. Y'all kept the right side going why I wasn't emotionally ready to do it, and that again I haven't had a chance to thank you on here.

I know I have, probably you don't have to thank me, Jack. That was that was our pleasure to do that for you, and of course we do anything for you, so certainly you know, I'm sorry I couldn't be there in person at your dad's funeral, but we had a paper to put out, which is well underseas. What you did was enough to make my mom smile in a day that she wasn't wanting to smile, So

that was corn enough. But also, you know, let's switch gears back into the to the shows and I'm going to come back to the Chris McDaniels America. But besides besides our show and the the the Freedom Riders, what other content besides the ones that we've already talked about. Do you already have a vision for future like show host or things like that? Are you already starting to try to because I know you so I know your wheels are spinning.

I know the answer is yes. Is there anything you're ready to reveal or is that all going to be kept close to the vest as we get closer to launch. Yeah, there's some of the A lot of it is not etched in stone, so I don't want to bring something up that might not happen. We will have a show called History Unhinged, which will be a fun show that Reid will host. We have we have plans for other little one minute type cartoons, maybe not parodies like that Epstein Island thing,

but fun little cartoons that we can get out on a weekly basis. Whereas the Midnight Riders a lot more, a lot more in depth, and and takes a lot longer to produce these one little minute cartoons like Epstein's Island stuff, we can get those out a lot faster. So we have we have plans to do a lot more of those. And then there's a whole series of other shows that we we're going to have to launch as as we get to them, because we can only do so much. We're we're really a

two man show at this point. I have a I have a little bit of help out of some of my staff here, but my staff has a full time job at the Leader Call. So certainly Mark and Casey have helped us, but I can't ask them to do too much more because you know, they really have their hands full with the Leader Call. So award winning, award winning Leader Call. So we we're kind of trying to do things

on a pace that makes sense for us. We also don't want to run out of money, to be honest with you, because right now everything we're doing is costing money and nothing is bringing money in. So we have to do things as smart as we possibly can. So we have a whole bunch of plans that we will roll out and it'll be part of the fun actually of the Midnight Ride, because you never know when we're going to roll out

something completely new. We have these these initial shows that we know are going to happen, and those are to be great, but we're going to keep surprising people. Well, the good thing about the Right Side being on there is that's not gonna cost you money. It's already it's going to be produced one way or another, so that's not going to call you Yeah, no, that's awesome. And we'll have links to to to the Right Side Radio and and I know at least one other podcast that will bring in on there.

But and there's there's thoughts about another podcast where people people that you wouldn't know, Jack, but I don't I don't think I should announce it yet, just in case it doesn't happen. Perfect Perfect, All right, let's talk about Chris McDaniel's America, because that's what I'm excited about. Of course, I'm going to be a part of that one. It's to me, it's going to be like the old days because I get to I get to sit back and be the number two Mike. I'm not carrying the show.

Chris obviously is going to carry the show. But it's going to be a fun, fun time for me because I'll be broadcasting with my best friend and it will be like the old days the Right Side from that standpoint, but there's a lot of things you have planned where it's going to be different from that show as well. Listen, I was a fan of the old Right Side Radio show when it was naturally syndicated, when you guys were doing it. I used to listen all the time to it, and I didn't know

you guys from Adam. At that point, I was just a I was just a fan of the show, and I really enjoyed that show because you guys were not scared to say what was on your mind. I can't imagine the hate mail you must have got back then, or the hate calls, because you guys were conservative, real conservatives before it was, you know,

really in vogue to be a conservative, and I really appreciated that. The other thing I really appreciated, and the fact that I was so excited that Chris agreed to do this, was I don't think people realized what a great freaking communicator he is. He is really good, and there's no one better that to get out the message about this country than Chris McDaniel, about the history of this country, about you know what it what it would take to

fix this country, just the constitution. There's just no one better to talk about it than Chris McDaniel. The times I had him on the Buck naked truth that was always an education. And when I sat down, this is what got me out of the funk after election, was sitting down with Chris and ask him, if you do this show and go on this midnight ride

with us and him saying yes. It really got me out of feeling down and sorry about what happened during the election, because I thought, you know what, we might be able to do something even better, something that even more important, something that could be more influential nationally than we could have done here getting him elected as lieutenant governor. And if we can get enough people hearing him speak, who knows where Chris where the show could go or Chris

could go. Well. When it comes to conservative talk, there's been there's been a bit of a vacuum. And I think you know where I'm going when I say that, because we lost an icon a few years ago with the passing of Russia Limbaugh and why you've had folks try to fill that void. Nobody has. I mean, Sean handity is nowhere closed to be. I can't No, I don't even watch Sean Handed anymore. I I really like Tucker Carlson a lot, and I hate what Fox News did to him,

but I agree there no one's really filled Russia's shoes. I think Chris can do it, honestly, whether he gets the chance, whether we can get him the audience, that remains to be seen. But I know Chris can do it because I've heard him. I've heard him, and he's entertaining, is all hack and the two of you are really good together. So now I'm really excited about this show. We're listen to Chris. Chris is in charge of the show. I don't I'm not telling Chris what to do

with this show. You, you and him will make the decisions on what happens with the show. The only thing we did suggest that Chris was the same that called the Chris McDaniels Rhino Hunter, which I thought fun. And then we dressed Chris up in camo and uh and he points out who who the writing of the week is or something like that, and I thought that would be a fun segment. But certainly, you know, you, you and Chris, and especially Chris, it's his show. He can decide what,

you know, what direction he wants to take the show. And I wouldn't. I would never have the call to tell him what to do on his own show. But you know, we're hoping it's a huge success. I mean, I know you've got ideas, and Chris is always open to suggestions. You know. I was, I was going through my files on my computer and I came across an episode of the Right Side from two thousand

and seven. I didn't know I had that. I thought all those shows from when Chris and I were doing the shows together, I thought they were all gone, you know. So I wasn't sure that I had anything. And of course last week I put out that teaser, which I text you right away because I was like, before I played it, I was like, I want Jim to okay this before I put it on the air. I want to make sure he's okay with this, especially since you know this

is going to be on your platform. But it was one of those things where what I heard it was so much fun to go back and listen. I was amazed at how young you guys sound that it was incredible. You guys don't sound like you're the same people anymore because you sound so young and you were. I guess, so yeah, and we do. And that's

that blew me away. Now. I listened to the whole episode. Apparently I had a cold that day too, But I also don't think that that would have mattered as much, because I mean, I've done this show with a cold, since I'm doing it right now with a cold, Jack, I actually have one, right now, we don't give me one. Well, let me let me play that again. Because I fixed some of the

voiceover audio. I'm not gonna mute a mic because if you laugh at anything I want to, I want to go ahead and get your rizero reaction to hearing you again. So let's play that teaser again. A long time ago, two friends got together to do a simple conservative talk radio show. I know when I was raised, I was talking to respect American presidents. Weren't y'all. Yes, we all respected the American president back in the day. So you don't like start you go to Star Trek conventions like that. So

I do not go to Star Trek convention. And I thought the guy who did twenty four was a conservative, isn't. That's what we've always heard. I mean, there were comparisons. You know, the liberals have always said that it's a it's a conservative faery to listeners. We're cutting your pay if I get sick, Okay, you can, you can go ahead and take it all the way because he's getting paid nothing. That's right. People don't

understand there's not much money on radio. There's zero apparently, well that you know of Chris to get back together again soon Coming soon, Chris McDaniel's America airing exclusively live on The Midnight Ride. Now I put that live in there. Is the show going to be love because I may need to edit back. Actually, originally we were planning on doing it live, but I don't

think we were. I don't think we are going to do it live because we've We've thought about that a little bit, and I think it would be hard to do the the Rhino Hunter segment along with the regular show live, So I think we're probably gonna tape it. We might be. We're working on a deal, possibly an exclusive to deal with Rumble. So it's still

a working process, this whole thing, but or in progress. But well, we'll figure it out before you guys actually hit the Yeah, I mean, and it could be one of those situations where you have to do the Rhino Hunter pre record, but the show itself is h do you know if it's the faults are if it's gonna be a weekly show, stately show, It was a weekly and that was that was Chris McDaniel's choice. That was that was what he committed to, and we're happy to have it as a

Weekly Show, excited to have him at all. And you know, I'm really grateful to him for deciding to. I mean, I'm pretty sure that Chris McDaniel had opportunities to do a lot of stuff after that Lieutenant Governor's run, and he's he's chosen to do this without again and he paid to begin with at least, And you know, I'm I'm pretty grateful that he's jumped on board this project. And I think I think he's gonna be really glad that he did, because I think when he sees what the overall is it

is it no pay or is it no pay that I know of? That's the question. Well, it's no pay that any of us know at this point, Jack, all I know is I'm spending money and not making anything. But but Chris, Chris told him up front, Hey, are you willing to do this for free for a little while, and he said yes. So I'm grateful about that because you know, we really don't have any money to pay him. Uh. It's uh. I think that hopefully it

will change, and hopefully it changes fast. That would be nice. Yeah, Because, as I've said before the right Side is not something I'm doing because I'm making money. I'm doing it for me, you know, and I'm grateful that there are people that enjoy it. But it's for me. And that's the reason why. Because again you talked about after the election being depressed. I'm sure you remember this because I talked to you that night. I was I was packing up, I was ready to move Florida. I

was done. Yes, actually I was a little worried you actually were going to move to Florida, Jack, because you you you really did almost look suicidal. To be honest with you, I'm glad you've recovered. I'm glad I've recovered. I hope Chris is recovered. Because we still have a battle to win. We have to go in a different direction. I think that's what we're doing. And let me tell you that why the midnight ride I think is going to work. And a lot of it has to do with

uh, my co founder on this vegerre read Cooley. Is you know one thing that I didn't know how to do. I mean, I run a successful local newspaper, but I didn't know how to you know, we have a lot of great conservative columnists and a lot of great conservative content, but I didn't really know how to get that content to the masses. Reid does uh re read knows how to how to reach people. Like I said, the first Epstein Island episode, Read and a national working with a national marketer

was able to get that out to a quarter million people. And that was just a little fly by night cartoon that we did. We hope we can reach millions by the time this is all said and done, and that's really what we need to do. We need to reach millions, and I think between Christ McDaniels America and the Midnight Writers Cartoon, I think we can do

it. And it might take a little bit of time, but I think if we hang in there and do things right and you know, really put our all into this thing, I think I think we can change the world. I agree, you know, and I think you've heard me say it on the show that I am willing to where if you need somebody to go in the trenches and host a show or do whatever just to make sure that we have extra content on there, you know. I mean, that's that's

something I'm willing to do. The right side, of course is going to be there. But anything else that you come up with, if there's something where you're like, Okay, we got an idea, we need somebody to host it. You just tell me, and I'm in because I think that's that's my level of commitment here. Of course, still have a full time job, so I mean, I am going to be limited by the daily

job. But at the same time, I bought into your vision the moment you've told me about it, and I think you knew that from the conversation on the phone call. That's why I'm like, no, I'm in whatever you say you need me to do. If it's do the right side here and just that if you want to take the little James Bond show that I'm doing and put that on the website, just so there's something non political for

folks to check out, that can go over there too. But if there's something else, Hey, we want somebody to do sports from a conservative standpoint, we want somebody to cover in it. I'm there what else? But I appreciate that, Jack, I really do and and who knows what you know, who knows what path we're gonna end up taking. At this point, I'd say one hundred percent of our focus is on basically four shows, and uh, that's not just our focus is in terms of our our our

our money and our going out and doing it. You know, it's it's and it's a lot. It's Those four shows are going to take up a lot of our time and and and our resources. But as we start getting some money coming back towards us and we can expand, and like I said, we you're looking at our new studio here, and our studio has five

it's gonna have five different sets in it. This little back corner over here is where they Chris McDaniel's America is going to take place, and we're not we're not close to being finished with it yet, so don't judge it too much harshly yet anyway. But we've got a studio over here, studio over there, studio over there, and a studio over there. So we have a whole bunch of different sets in this studio for a whole bunch of different

kinds of programs. Now, Chris McDaniels, America is going to be a video show, of course, but I'm assuming you're going to release it in a podcast format for those people who aren't able to sit down and watch it live. Or is it only going to be a video content for the listeners out there. I know it's it's going to be available in all different kinds of formats unless we have an exclusive deal. If we get some kind of exclusive deal that makes sense, then we probably want to go that route.

If somebody wants to pay us a lot of money for a Christmas Daniels America, then we will probably take the money and absolutely and go that route. But at this point here, we get it out as much as we can on every platform possible and promote it on X on. Yeah, when do we get to stop saying that it's I mean every article SAYSTEM and then in parentheses known as Twitter. Actually, I'm happy to go ahead with X because

I could be honest with you. Elon Musk is a hero. Uh he He has taken a formally completely liberal platform now and he's made the number one platform for conservatives. I mean, that's at this point here, I'm just delighted that he came along and bought that place. So thank god for Elon Musk. So you're saying that I need to get over my hatred of what was formerly known as Twitter and give it a shot. Yeah I did.

I did. I actually thought signing up for Twitter for the longest time, and I never signed up for Twitter, but I did sign up for X finally because I just saw the results that we were getting from that platform. So yeah, it's gonna be that that platform in particular is gonna be huge for Chris McDaniels America and for the Midnight Ride. Wow. So I guess the right side. But by the time at launches will have to have a

Twitter account, you're going to a now X account. Yeah, it's again, it's hard to maybe that's why they always say formally known as Twitter steel. But it's been what how long ago? Do you change it? A year or so ago longer? Yeah, it's funny you bring this up because you know, this is one of the reasons why I had to change courses, because I wasn't involved in any of this kind of stuff. I wasn't involved in uh an X or Instagram or any of the other thousand social media

platforms out there. I had a Facebook account of it, but you know, they they kind of ban us from doing a whole lot on Facebook. They kill your algorithm, so you've got to go where they'll accept your message. And X is just happen to be one of those places. So we're going to get bigger bang for a buck on X than we would in most places. And you know, we bring maybe truth Social and Rumble Along and some of these other conservative platforms, and then you put it on YouTube.

But they'll put it out and they'll probably take us down, take down a lot of our content. But we'll put it up there anyway until they take it down absolutely. You know, I think you have to force their hand and then you can fight back against them a little bit too. And I think every time that they do something like that, we use our platform to call them out for doing it, because that's that's what we're going to have to do, because they use little tricks like there's certain like the like the

teaser I played for Chris McDaniel's America. You couldn't we couldn't upload this on YouTube because if we did, they try to copyright strike me because I put in the Toby Keith intro that we used to utilize as the intro for the Old Right Side because I was trying to create that nostalgia buzz for people who used to be a fan of the Old Right Side and give them an idea

that hey, we're about to do something like that again. But if we put that on YouTube, there's a good chance that we're going to get copyright strike for utilizing And even though there's no copyright violation to utilize in you know, a fifteen thirty second clip like that, right, well, they're going to look for any excuse to take down anything that's conservative. So you know, we will work around it. But the good news is, Jack,

I have experts now helping me do that kind of stuff. I don't I don't know that much about it personally, but I have people that do people that Heck, we have influencers now who are all ready talking about the Midnight Ride. I don't even know what an influencer is, but there's influencers out there talking about the Mennight Ride, which I you know, great, I

think it's cool. Whatever whatever it takes, I understand. I mean, I'm really excited because I think this is going to be a worthwhile venture. I think this is going to be something that is going to be a game changer. I think. I said the other day, even though I don't do a video show that if the Right If Jim tells me that he wants the right Side to be a video show, then I'll be coming in the studio or I'll be recording, getting the camera equipment, recording a video content.

You'll certainly have an option to do it, Jack, that's for sure, because we'll have a we'll have an array of sets that you can have your show set in front of. So if you want to turn yours into

a video show, you certainly can't. It's gonna be fun. I mean, I'm really looking forward to it. Before we wrap up, of course, we were talking a little bit about the election last year, and of course we're all starting to see the results being exactly what we told people they are gonna because Delbert Houseman went back in reappointed pretty much to the same committee

chairs, kept Democrats in key committee chairmanships. He then, of course, I don't know if you've seen this force of a voter initiative that they're trying to put out to where basically, and I haven't read the bill, I've just heard others talk about it. I need to investigate it. If you've

seen it, you can maybe enlighten more. But basically, my understanding is if this voter initiative bill passes, it's not a true voter initiative because we can go get all the signatures that we're supposed to get, but then it goes back to the legislature and they decide if the venture is worthwhile. So

basically there still are overlords we don't get to fix where they're inactivity. So again perfect example, Jim, if we were to go out and get all the signatures for term limits, when it goes back to legislature, what do you think they're gonna do. Do you think that they're gonna say, oh, well, the people sign this, or do you think they're gonna say, well, no, we don't see we don't see that as worthwhile. This is this is all more the same of trying to take the power away

from the people. It's it's taken away our freedoms and and Mississippi unfortunately, I think this is why I was so disappointed in the election, is Mississippi has turned into this state that you barely recognize. Certainly not a bastion of conservatism or a bastion of freedom anymore. And uh, you know, the the Republicans, the Republicans, the so called Republicans who voted for Delbert Hoseman

should be so ashamed of themselves. You know, I get it a Democrat voting for Delbert Houseman, But if you're a Republican who voted for him, no shame on you, especially if you live here in Jones County, because you know you should hide your face. I'll be honest. I didn't vote for him in the general election. I still voted against him because I was never going to vote for that guy because I know what he is, I

know what he represents. And here's the I guess, and I guess this is the point that I want to bring up to you next is I think my biggest frustration is we now have a true battle at the core of the Republican Party because are we fighting for true conservative limited government values? Are we fighting for Republicanism? And when I say Republicanism, what I mean by that is we're only fighting for people because they had that letter by their name.

I don't want to be a part of that. If that's what it means to be a Republican anymore, I'm sorry. I'm not a Republican anymore. I'm a conservative who's going to vote for the candidate I believe is the most conservative. I don't I have a true problem with the state party with the local versions of the party when they refuse to call out elected Republicans who are tarnishing their brand. They have a party platform. I've gone over it on

this very program. It's a beautiful platform. But when they're elected officials ignored the platform that they say they're supposed to hold. They remain silent because they're too cowardly that they might lose an election. Well, maybe you should lose an election instead of continuing to loot the brand, because that's all they've done. In my opinion, Yeah, actually it's I think it's worse than that. Honestly, you know, you can't care for the state. I mean,

you're you're you're not doing what's right for the state. If you're if you're on the Republican Jones County Republican Committee here and and you voted for delper husband because you thought he had the best chance of winning or something like that, you just did a disservice to all of us. If you're Mikey Zell and you're out there telling people that you're supporting Delbert Hoseman, don't call yourself a conservative, You're you're you did a disservice to our state. Roger Wicker,

same thing. You're you're not a real conservative, you're a poser, and you're doing a disservice to the state. Our country is the mess right now, but it's not because of all Democrats. Look what just happened with my Orcus and the fact that you know there any Republican who voted against an impeacheon this guy should be voted out of office so fast. But they won't

be. They won't be because they're gonna get all kinds of money jumped into their laps that they can spend on their campaigns, and people just aren't paying attention, and they'll go and vote for the same damn people. And it's frustrating as heck. I'm telling you, it's so frustrating. I decided to invest my retirement into the Midnight Ride. So that's where we're at, Jacket,

and it's we're we do need another Midnight Ride. We need our founding fathers back, We need some people to come in and save this country. And that is really the basis for this website that we're doing. Jim, you brought up Roger Wicker, and I think it was last week's show.

It maybe in the week before, but I was getting ready to do the show, and I was still downstairs and on the TV his ad pops up, and of course it took me away from what I was going to start the show with because I was so annoyed with what the It was last week because it was the one where I was doing the reading your column, so it was last week, and when I saw it, I'm like, that

is. But what's sad is it is so effective with so many people because he gets up there and talks about the border and how he's trying to fight it and how he altered this bill a bill, mind you, that he didn't author any of the years that we had the White House, that we had the Senate, that we had the House, any of the years that it could have actually passed. He didn't do a darn thing. Have you seen the Adam toms I have. He puts some stuff out there with Trump.

Of course, he's going to put himself out there with Trump. And you know, I like Trump, I really do, and I certainly I'm going to vote for him, and I think he was a great president. But the one thing Trump has let us down on is endorsing some some of these Republicans who don't deserve to be endorsed, these establishment Republicans. I think the one thing he's failed at is is draining the swamp first of all. And he's got to do a better job of picking his his endorsements. You

know, God forbid he loses in November. But I hope this time, if he does get elected, he really follows suit and cleans house and call you know, you got to call out some of these people like Roger Wicker absolutely and hopefully will understand that some of these people are only want their photos because they're trying to lick your boots. They're not with you. That's what

he's got on. Russell Wicker has nothing in common with Donald Trump. Roger Roger Wicker is the epitome of an established republic and whereas Donald Trump is the opposite of that. I mean, he's he's he's the ultimate outsider who who you know, came into office on the on the fact that he wanted to drain the swamp. People like Roger Wicker. So Roger Wicker posing with Trump and a commercial is asinine and uh, it's just a force to try to

get you to vote for him and Unfortunately. Guess what, Jack, It's gonna work. Oh yeah. Do you think that that that is a sign that Trump might be about to endorse Wicker, because I don't think the Wicker's dumb enough to run it without Trump's commercial permission. To show that picture in his ad without Trump's permission, I'm not sure he's not allowed to. No, he's allowed to. I don't think he's dumb enough to do it without Trump knowing. You. So, you see what I'm saying, I'm asked

permission. I think he might have asked permission and he might have gotten permission. I hope Trump doesn't adorse him, but he might, you know. Like I said, I think that's the one failing that Donald Trump actually has, is he is he's adorsed some of these people. But you know, hopefully, hopefully Trump gets back in office and since he only has four years to serve this time, he'll actually get in there and drain the swamp.

Because, let's days, a lot of these people he owes a good swift kick in the pants, because they certainly stabbed him in the back many times, are still trying. Some of them are trying to stab him from the front. Now, Yeah, absolutely. You know, it's it's crazy. What's your prediction going into I mean, we know Trump is going to be the nominee unless something crazy happens, which I don't see happening. Trump's going to be the Republican nominee. The question mark I still have, and I

think I know you listen, so you know where I'm going. The question mark I have is Joe Biden going to mysteriously drop out right before the convention. I always the odds keep shifting, but after this week, I think they've shifted back towards him dropping out. When you can't think of the word hamas and you you start referencing somebody who's been dead for a long time, like he's still alive. My god, he is. He is so out of it. It is it is pathetic. And you know, at this

point, it's just unbelievable if you think about it. This is the guy leaving our country and he's just not there. He's almost brain dead. So now I'm leaning more towards they have to get rid of them, because he seems to be getting worse by the second. Yeah, I'm scared of what happens if they do get rid of him, But I'm also scared of what happens if he keeps being our president. So uh, it's it's a it's a little frightening. I'm kind of hoping he stays in there and then Trump

kicks his butt. But I'm also nervous about this election because you know, we know for a fact Democrats will do anything and the government will do anything to hold on the power. And if you call it out or say that there was any cheating that happened, then you're an election denier. Even though again, and this is what drives me crazy about the fact that you know, we're not saying for sure that it was cheating. We're asking questions because

you haven't answered them. Jackie tell us it's been proven, Jacket, I'm saying for sure that was cheating. I know they're was cheating. They admitted to cheating. Yeah, the the fake Russian investigation, that was cheating. But you see what I'm saying, Yeah, I know, taking the equation. Yeah, But the main the main street media goes, oh, you're you're an election to denier. Blah blah blah blah blah. They've admitted they they cheated, they admitted they covered up. The Hunter Biden laptop thing.

They definitely cheated, there's no doubt about it too. And this in twenty sixteen, when Trump won, what did they say, Oh, he only won because of Russian delusion. He only won because they fixed the election. So again, which is it okay when you lose, that you can say, but when our side loses, And of course we're not on videos, so people can't see me two in the air quotes that I was doing. But you see right there, they don't even pay attention to their hypocrisy here.

And that's I think that's part of what drives me insane about all of this time. This hypocrisy makes me really angry. The funny thing is, Jack, I think it drives more than half the country insane. I still think. I still think more than half of this country is on our side. I do. I don't think we're getting a fair shake. I don't think there's fair elections. I don't think I don't think the average person is being respected or heard, or are their votes counting like it should count.

I think there's there's so much corruption at this point in our country that we This is what makes me really upset about the fact that Trump could lose this in November is because who who would think it's going to be fair? I mean, what would what would make any of us think there's going to be a free and fair election in November based on everything that's happened in the past eight years. The fact that they've brought all these criminal cases against them right

there, that's cheating. That's cheating. That's making it not fair right there. So you can't tell me that these are free and fair elections when you're getting trumped up charges against the main candidate, the number one leading candidate. Right now, you have all these trumped up charges by politically motivates. That's cheating, and that's already it's not a free and fair election. So don't tell me that we're election deniers because the evidence staring us right in the face

A hundred percent agree. Because that's that's where the frustration I think comes in, is the fact that when their side questions it without any true proof, it's oh, we should ask questions when we have true inconsistencies that we can point to. We oh, that's already been disproved. Show me where it was disproved. That's all I ask you to do. If it's been disproven, show it to me and guess what, we'll stop talking about it.

But you don't do that because it hasn't been disproven. You stating that it has been disproven does not disprove it. They think it does. They think because you know you're not on their side, Your your voice doesn't matter, your opinion doesn't matter because you're not on the right or I guess on this case, the left side. Only the left side matter to the mainstream media. The only matters to our government officials right now, only matters to the

FBI is the left side. It's always the left side. Hopefully Trump gets in there and brings back some sort of semblance of normalcy, because we haven't had a normal country and since before the Obama years. Honestly, and even then, not a fan of George W. Bush, but at least at least then you didn't think the man was trying to destroy the country. No, No, I mean it's I've got issues with Bush, of course. I mean there's several things he did wrong, you know, I think we

all know that. But by the same token, we also understand this guy, George Bush. Now, if you look at the way the media covers him. Now, Oh he's beloved, Oh he's a good former president, but at the time he was the dumbest person on the planet. They attacked him so hard. It just it goes to and done me wrong. Bush misspoke. There were times where he came across as a dufist, but nothing

like what Biden's doing, and they just remain silent on Biden. It's again, it illustrates the importance of why you're doing the Midnight Ride, because we need something that's going to point out exactly what Joe Biden is and the fact that the Midnight Ride is coming really soon, you know again, I can't wait. I mean, I know, I know the studio is very incomplete

at the moment, but I'm excited to be in here. I can kind of without it being set up the way that you I can see the vision and I'm so excited that I get to be a part of this at the ground floor. I really appreciate you putting me involved with it. I'm really excited about putting together a show again with Chris, because that's said it before. That was the most fun I ever had in broadcasting was when it was

Chris and I doing that show. Even when he's trying to say that I go to Star Trek conventions, I mean, that's it's just part of the fun, you know, And and I look forward to getting this exciting adventure off the ground with you. Jim. Well, I appreciate it, Jack, I'm excited to it's it's it's a lot of work, a lot of hard work, but it's worth it. It keeps me motivated and just the thought that maybe we can make an actual difference is exciting to me. So

I hope everybody will join us on the Midnight Ride. It really is going to be a fun ride. Tell them the website again, it's the Midnight Ride dot com. Just spell out Midnight like it's a real midnight and dot com. And right now it's just the landing page. It does a landing page. The regular website is almost complete where your foot and finishing touches on it. So that should be up. It's certainly by March we should be

able to launch the website. Launch Chris McDaniel's America launched, Jim Walking hosts The Right Side, The Right Side. Uh, hopefully we'll have, you know, another episode of the Midnight Writers cartoon sometime maybe that might get pushed to April, but I hate to even talk about that one because that's a that's an animation team at Austin, and you know, I can't I can't

put a schedule on them because what we're writing is so complicated. There's so many characters we're bringing back, George Washington and Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin and a whole bunch of bad guys obviously, so it's it's such a complicated cartoon that can't put a time frame on it for them because you know, we'd throw them for a loop. Actually, that's awesome. I can't wait for the for the Midnight Ride to begin, for us to go on this ride

together. It's gonna be a lot of fun and good people that we're going to be working on this together with. Again, guys, I just Jim, thank you again for being here today and doing this show with me. I hope to have you back on before the launch and that way we can we can go or maybe immediately following the launch and we can talk about Maybe I won't have a call next time, but thank you, Jack, I appreciate it, and thank you for being here.
