It's like my eyes to be blown wide. We have come together here because the American people deserve better from those to whom they entrust, our nation's highest officers. We stand united and are resolved to do something about it, which, whether we like it or not spelled Judy, you and I have a rendezvous with destiny.
You tuned in to right Side Radio.
Ah, right, guys, you have founded it is the Right Side Radio program. Here. We are recording this episode on Thursday, July seventeenth, twenty twenty five. I'm your host, Jack Fairchild's and of course, as always we ask that you like and subscribe to the Right Side Radio show. We're on Apple Podcast, our Heart Radio, We're on Spotify, Speaker, Amazon Music,
and so many more. So make sure that you have liked and subscribed to the Right Side Radio program and that way you will never miss a single episode that we put out. Of course, we do the daily morning coffees in addition to the weekly episodes, and of course every now and then we have breaking episodes. Now, before I get into the news today and I will go ahead and forewarn you that this is going to be
a shorter episode this week, just because I have been well. Yesterday, I was a little under the weather and that kind of prevented me from getting an episode recorded last night to release this morning, and that because of that, I feel like I just want to want to get in with a particul killer topic that I want to get into and get out this morning. So don't be shocked at the shorter link this morning. But at the same time, we do want to get in a couple of plugs
real quick. First off, the new episode of the true crime podcast that I'm doing with my co worker Josh Guru Nichols and Jones County investigator Thad Windom. The Missing Link or Missing Link Jones County has dropped this morning, So if you have not had a chance to check out that podcast yet, please do so we have the commercial running at the beginning of the show advertising it. So make sure that you check out Missing Link Jones County, which is a true crime podcast featuring true cold cases
here in our home county. Maybe down the road, if other share department or even police departments reach out, maybe we can branch out into other cases. But for now, that's why we have the tagline Jones County. We are open to others that want to come in and tell us about these cases. And if you're a fan of true crime podcast then I think you'll find a lot
of enjoyment out of it. But I also want to announce, and I don't have a release date for it yet, but my other coworker, Kevin Lindsey, is getting ready to start his own podcast, which is going to be called Kicking It with keV, in which Kevin's going to sit down and conduct interviews with multiple people with more of a local to regional flair. So it's probably going to
feature primarily Mississippians. But of course, if there can be a big get out there and Kevin can get his hands on it, then I can promise you he won't shy away from talking to any big name but it's gonna be a lot of fun. If you've never met Kevin, don't know. Kevin is one of those great personalities that I think in an interview setting is going to be a fantastic show. So I'm looking forward to hearing the
debut episode of Kicking It with keV. So I just wanted to make sure I let my listeners know about that because we're working on some additional content like that. They're at the Leader Call, so be on the lookout. Maybe more announcements coming soon when it comes to stuff we're working on for the Laurel Leader Call. There so a lot of excitement, a lot of fun working there, and just wanted to share that one with you. So again, once we have a launch date for Kicking It with keV,
I will come back and update my fans again. So Kicking with keV coming real soon. So now getting into today's topic, there's this. Of course I talked about it earlier this week on Morning Coffee because it's something that really bothers me, you know, and I just felt like I wanted to expand on it a little bit more
here on the Flagship Show. And that's this whole idea that we should just drop our concerns over this alleged Epstein list, the fact that there's a certain segment of those within our own base that are agreeing that we should just move on from it simply because Donald Trump says we should. I don't work that way, people. I mean, I'm sorry. I support President Trump. I'm a fan of President Trump, and I like the things that he's doing, but I one hundred percent disagree with the sentiment that
we should just move on. Look, one of the things that I have stressed for a long time is that we need to be holding our elected leaders accountable. We need to be holding them accountable when they make promises, When they tell us that certain things are going to happen and they don't, we should call them out for it. We should not be following for any type of hero worship, leader worship, or whatever you want to call it. President Trump has done a good job here in the early
stages of his presidency. There have been some big wins. There's still some question marks about some things, but this is probably the first major mistake of his second term. I think he miscalculated how the people would react. Because there was a time that President Trump could have just waved his magic wand and the majority of his supporters would have just said nothing to see here as well and would have moved on. It doesn't seem to be
going that way this time. And I think the timing couldn't have been worse for this, because it was just a few weeks ago, during the feud between Elon Musk and Donald Trump, that Elon Musk throughout the allegation that Donald Trump himself was on the Epstein list. And then you fast forward and now we're being told there was no list, nothing to see here, move on. That's a red flag now. And again I'm not insinuating that Donald
Trump's on the list. I'm just saying that optics aren't good people, and this is a miscalculation from whoever is advising Donald Trump, if it's someone advising Trump or Trump himself that wanted to move away from this. And to say that it never existed when ham Bondi sat up here and told everybody that it was sitting on her desk at one point is a terrible look. They should have come up with something else, but saying it didn't
exist has really eroded a lot of trust. Now for those of you who just think we should blindly close our eyes and accept everything we're being told just because we're being told it by Donald Trump. You're naive. You're naive because just because we like Donald Trump, just because we believe in Donald Trump, doesn't mean he gets a lower standard. Just because we like someone, just because we've seen good things, doesn't mean they get a lower standard.
We have to demand the transparency, the transparency that Donald Trump promised us. I told a lot of my listeners I know on our other show, Chris McDaniel's America. Chris McDaniel has told y'all the ones who are saying, wait for all the arrest to happen, wait for all this to happen. Oh, once he gets in office, this guy's going to jail. That guy. We told you none of that was going to happen. We knew that he wasn't
going to start having these mass arrests. But one thing we didn't We didn't anticipate them to switch so quickly into the protection mode. The truth about the Epstein list is it has names on both sides of the fence. Democrats, for the longest time were the very ones who didn't want it to come out. They wanted to suppress it. Now they're some of the loudest voices because they see this as an issue that they can latch onto and get back in, and it's something that Donald Trump's administration
served up to them on a silver platter. I don't know how they fix it, especially if there is in fact truly no list, which I don't believe. I believes they've got the they've got evidence because again they got a conviction in the Justin Maxwell case, so we know that there's evidence out there. We understand that there is something they can print, whether it's an actual literal list or not. And if that's why you're saying there's no list, because there's not an actual literal list, that is some
of the dumb, idiotic pr of all time. I still think there's an attempt being made to try to suppress because again, it's not just going to be a list of Democrats on that list. There's going to be a list of Republicans on the list. And some of them may have had no wrongdoing, they may have just had dealings or whatever. I don't know what the list compiles. I don't know if it's flight logs. I don't know if it's true client list. Those are the things that
we don't know. But the transparency that we were promised is what we want to see. The transparency that this administration that Donald Trump himself ran on is what we're asking for here, and I don't think it's too much to ask. And if we don't get it, that's where the questions come in. That's where the trust is broken. That's where people start to question, what is happening here? Why aren't we seeing it again? This was an issue that the left fell on the wrong side of. It's
crazy people. As we continue to watch and see exactly what happened and how this stuff continues to move down the wrong path, it's crazy. We've also seen that recently. Jeffrey Epstein's former lawyer says he believes the disgraced financier may have had help killing himself in prison, but rejected claims that anyone other than Epstein was responsible. He said
it's clear from the evidence that Epstein committed suicide. This coming from attorney Alan Durrowitch, he wrote in a Wall Street Journal imp ed, he said, what isn't clear is whether he was assisted by jail personnel. That seems likely to me based on the evidence of allegedly broken cameras, transfer of his cellmate, and absence of guards during relevant
time periods. So again, and that's another question that we haven't talked about before when it comes to this whole Epstein suicide murder conspiracy theory was maybe he did want to offer himself, maybe he was encouraged to offer himself. Maybe it was assist in that. It's still a crime. It's still a crime, no matter what. We are continuing to try to find out more and more on this,
says the FBI and the Justice Department. Of course, we know have fumbled the way that they've released certain details in the op ed Derwitz confirmed the government's claim that Epstein didn't create a client list, but said accusers interviewed by the FBI named several alleged clients whose names have been redacted and sealed in court. He said, I know who they are. They don't include any current office holders.
We don't know whether the accusations are true. The courts have also sealed negative information about some of the accusers to protect them. So again, here's the question. If he claims they're no current office holders, what about past office soldiers because you notice there's a little bit of a claim because no current office holders. What about past ones? There's still questions, But again that would have been a better answer. Look, we don't have a list because the
names were ordered to be acted by a judge. That would have been a better answer than there is no list. You got folks excited about it, and again maybe that was in part because you didn't know yourself when you were running and didn't know till you got in there
and saw it. I don't know. But the fact that you got people excited, and the fact that you can maybe unredact certain things and go after some of these people, if it's because it only came from a users and you don't have the evidence yet prove it, that's a better answer than what they gave us. Now, I'm still not buying it because I think Alan Durrowitch is not necessarily one of my favorite attorneys. And we'll just leave it at that. I know which side of the fence
he's on, and I just don't. I'm not a fan of the guy. We'll just leave it at that. But the bottom line here is there's some type of evidence out there because again they got the Maxwell convictions. So there is evidence somewhere of something that they can work on come up with, and that's a that's something that again they should have come up with a better way of dealing with things then the way they've done it.
We need answers, and we shouldn't drop it just because we're being told not to by a political figure we like. We shouldn't drop it just because we've got a political figure that we think is doing a good job and is somebody that we admire and support. You can still support Donald Trump and say he's wrong about things people. That's that's something that some people don't quite understand that it's okay to still be on his side and say I disagree with you on this and call him out
for it. This whole kiss the ring and be one hundred percent loyal nonsense that people are trying to force upon us is ridiculous. And then Trump's tweets, truths, social post whatever they are have not done him any favors. And again somebody should just and I know it's hard because he doesn't necessarily like to be controlled on a social media but somebody needs to get a hold because he's making matters worse with some of the posts because those who are screaming at the loudest that they think
there's a cover up, he's not helping matters. We owe it to ourselves as a nation, as a people, we owe it to ourselves to hold those we put in office accountable. We owe it to ourselves to push for truth no matter what. And if the truth ends up being something that was unexpected or something we don't like, that's fine. But we were promised transparency and we should accept nothing less us and it doesn't matter who it
is that is pushing in a different direction. We we have a far too long in this country ignored things that are elected officials have done. We have ignored them. We have ignored those who we've elected because we liked them, that was our guy, and because of that, we've gotten ourselves into these messes now and we have to change. We have to get away from that. And that's the reason why this represents such a strong mess, such a strong subject to where so many people want to see
the honest answers. I mean, we're we're talking about children and second sex trafficking here, we're talking about true perversion in what happened and if there were any politicians pastor present who have been or have been found documented and for some reason redacted from the American public has a right to know. The American public has a right to know, because again, if you're redacting names simply because you want to protect the rich and powerful, stop if you don't
have enough evidence to prosecute them. That's one thing. But to sit here and try to pretend that something that we know exists didn't exist is absurd. It's absurd. So now we have to continue to push for truth. We have to continue to push for the transparency. It's not always easy because sometimes you're going to actually ruffle the feathers of some folks that you truly like. But it's still is important. It's still something that we need to try to focus on and figure out how we can
fix things. Our nation's still too important for that.
Now.
Of course, there's a crazy, crazy things going on in this world and the left is insane. And could the left absolutely exploit this issue. Yeah, and it's an easy one served up to them on a silver platter. It's an easy one that would have been real easy to not have this be an issue. But I can promise you this, and this is where I'm going to leave again. I told you at the start this was going to
be a shorter flagship episode. But I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt, that there are those out there who are questioning why people won't call out. They're leaders, they're elected officials, and calling those who don't want to say Look, it doesn't matter if you wrap yourself up in Trump. It doesn't matter if you're not in the wool Trump's order. If you are, here's the thing, you should probably be one of those who are calling out.
More and more, we've seen certain things that haven't happened yet. We haven't seen a full scale ending of the Ukrainian conflict. It still continues to wage on. We need transparency. We need to make sure that we're not Look, if you want to criticize Democrats when they ignore things and ignore things for because it's one of their own, then you can't do the same thing when it's one of yours.
You have to be consistent, and consistency matters. Real leaders are willing to criticize people on their side of the aisle. Real leaders are people that are going to question when their side is in the wrong. The ones who don't, they're the very ones that we're constantly complaining about. They're the very ones who have gotten us into the mess that we're in. And the fact that there are some of you who still want to fall on that trap, even after you've criticized it in other places, you need
to stop and understand. And there's a reason why this is a topic that we're not dropping. There's a reason why the Epstein list is a point of no return for a lot of people. Because again this I go back to the fact that the timing plays a major factor in it. The fact that it magically is no list all of a sudden, and it's mere weeks month after that whole Musk accusation. It doesn't smell right, it's
probably has nothing to do with anything. But timing does matter, and it's pre poor timing, and anybody that's honest with themselves can admit that much. At least. Guys, I don't know what to tell you to expect. I don't know what tell you what's going to come next. All I can do is give you my position and tell you why I think we need to stand firm in our questioning, stand firm in what we're asking for, and we should question any and every leader, especially when we see promises
being broken. Doesn't matter if it's Donald Trump or not, we have to blind loyalty is not something that we should be adhering to. Doesn't mean you can't trust that particular leader. I'm not saying don't trust Donald Trump. No, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying blind loyalty. I've said it myself when I've disagreed with him, that maybe
he's earned the benefit of the doubt. There's a difference between earning the benefit of the doubt and sticking your head in the sand merely because asking the question might be uncomfortable for him. His comfort level is not our concern. He was elected to do a job. He made certain promises, and those are the things that we need to hold him accountable for. We always ask the question, why does
nothing ever change? Here's a moment in time that is illustrating why for a certain segment of you who are just willing to move off of this and tell everyone else to shut up because it's Trump, Well, guess what when the Democrats elect somebody and you see something that you think should be easy to question and you start criticizing them, well, guess why you're now doing the same thing that you get mad at their side for doing transparency. It's not too much to ask for people. We're gonna
wrap this particular episode up. Like I said, I told you I was purposely keeping this one short this week. Next week maybe we'll be back for the full length episode.
