We then looked at the mindset that assures confidence. Research by Dr Ian Robertson has proven that we need to think that we can do something and that it can happen for us to have real confidence.
But how do we develop this confidence?
Dr Robertson goes on to highlight five things to be aware of to improve confidence. These are language, attention, memory, imagery, and posture. By embracing the positive aspects of these factors (and limiting the negative ones) we can get into the can do/can happen mindset.
