Find a Shoulder to Cry On. It will Help

Everyone needs a shoulder to cry on. It could be your mentor or coach or partner in life or business but we all need someone when can unload to. Someone who does not judge us. Someone who will listen and yes, sometimes agree with us. But also, someone who can be honest with us and tell us how they see it and someone who you will allow to tell you how they see it. Someone who has the courage to say to us give up or move on or grow up or keep going.
