- Jackie was on a lot of medications and couldn't even move - After finding the Paddison Program, she significantly improved - She has progressively reduced medications - Methotrexate down to 1/3 of the original dose - She's back to her exercises, which are a great part of her discipline - She's one of the founders of the Paddison Program Support group, which counts nearly 500 people - She has also started a charity in the Isle of Man where she lives, to fight autoimmune arthritis - Her charity event in a few weeks on the Isle of Man will feature several Paddison Program experts who will share how they overcome crippling illness
