- Irina was 24 when she got diagnosed with RA - She started having severe pain in the hands and joints - She was immediately prescribed prednisone, then methotrexate and Plaquenil were added - The drug mix didn't sort much effect, and it was suggested she started biological treatment - At that point, she started searching for alternatives and found Clint's TedX talk - She started the Paddison Program and put herself on a plant-based diet - It's been two years now, and she's now 100% drug-free - It's been eight months since her last methotrexate dose
