Episode description

Working for a professional sports team seems to be the end goal for a  lot coaches entering the sports and exercise industry, yet less than 1%  of those coaches will work in it. This is despite the evidence from  prior coaches showing you can lose your job at the drop of a hat (when  there isn't a pandemic).

National Training Organisations have less funding for athletes now  than in the past, and there is a growing demand for strength and  athleticism. Why isn't private industry part of the ultimate goal?

Bringing together some of the best in the industry within the private  sector across Australia to talk the good, bad and the ugly of business  and startups in sports and exercise for a roundtable discussion.
