He gives us a peek into some of the incidents that his experience that he's witnessed and been a part of and takes ownership for changes that he's had to make.
He chats with us about;
- how he's passionately pursuing and getting involved in implementing positive change for new starters coming onto site and any vulnerable crew.
-  his upbringing, where he feels the experiences that shaped him as a young man and what he's doing differently as a father. 
-  his involvement with everyday respect and his passion to see the changes in culture, not only in FIFO but in the wider community.
