Teaching Spelling: How can I help students become independent spellers?

I love watching my students develop their spelling skills. It's amazing to watch them go from a high level of support to independence. But, it's a process. In this episode, I'm outlining the various levels of support that your students might need from you.

I also stress the importance of communicating that information with other teachers and parents.
