Episode description

For this episode, I'm joined by Matt West. I primarily brought Matt on the show to talk about training for runners, but we got into a ton of great topics. Be sure to check out Matt's bio and additional resources below. Enjoy the episode!

Matt is a 31 year old strength and conditioning coach. He works full time for a nonprofit that supports adults with learning disabilities called  Living Independently Forever, Inc. There, he serves as the Assistant Director of Fitness.

He also works part time at BeFit in Lakeville as a coach, and runs his own small online training business, aimed at helping runners avoid major injury with strength and mobility training.

He is also a Certified FRC Mobility Specialist.

He loves helping people of all walks of life learn how to move properly, and build proper strength to ward off injury or return from injury.
