Movie Mental Breakdown (MMB) is our version of a movie review with a mental health twist. Today's movie is The Help set in 1960s Mississippi. The movie follows Skeeter (Emma Stone) after returning from college with big dreams of becoming a writer. When given a less than ideal job assignment, she turns her small town upside down by interviewing the Black women who have spent their lives taking care of prominent white families.
