Episode description

In today's discussion performance mindset coach, Sean Hansen, reflects on an observation that stems from the 360 reviews that he does for his leadership clients. So frequently, leaders believe that their eccentricities or flaws can be hidden away with enough grit and determination.

Yet every time that Sean does a 360 on a leader and asks that leader what their flaws or weak points are, the answers predominantly match up with what the various respondents to the 360 have also observed. So, would it be better if we owned our challenges outright instead of trying to hide them?
