106: Lt. Col. Jeana Cho - Command, Compassion, and Diversity of Ideas

In today's discussion, performance mindset coach, Sean Hansen, sits down with Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Hyo J. Cho to discuss how leaders can run that fine line between pushing their people to excellence while maintaining a place of compassion and empathy in stressful times.
LTC Jeana Cho was born in Seoul, Korea and immigrated to the United States when she was 11 years old. LTC Cho enlisted in the District of Columbia Army National Guard in 1998, and was commissioned as a Transportation Officer in 2004. Since joining the military, LTC Cho supported numerous District, federal and overseas missions at both operational and strategic level. She was deployed to Iraq twice in key leadership positions, and recently to Poland as a Battalion Commander leading 700 Soldiers stationed all over Eastern Europe.
LTC Cho earned a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix in 2011 and since then, she has been a guest speaker at numerous leadership and training venues to promote diversity, mentorship, and leadership. She was also an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University until she took Command in Feb 2020.
