In today's discussion, performance mindset coach, Sean Hansen, gets an education on mutual empathy and unearned privilege from Dr. Christina Collins

Dr. Christina Collins holds a PhD in clinical psychology and a Masters degree in Integral Theory. She is currently a member of the faculty at University of Colorado Denver where she both teaches and practices therapy.

Her recent doctoral research explored how the process of mutual empathy can unify diverse groups with factors of unearned privilege. Her current pursuits include developing cultural competency trainings for mental health care providers that are founded in connection and empathy for contexts of diversity.
