Episode description

In today's discussion, performance mindset coach, Sean Hansen, addresses another suggestion from a client.  As a bit of context, this client founded and runs their own marketing firm but was always held back from achieving their full potential, in part, because of their negative associations around power.

So, today we'll look at how perceptions of power affect leaders.  Specifically, how not having a healthy relationship with the concept of power ends up ruining teams and organizations.  Moreover, we'll be looking at what the benefits of healthy power are, especially through the lens of the popular concept of servant leadership.
